I caved and ordered 2 (!!!) of the Spellbinders Advent Calendars, one for me and one for my mom. Her's is a Christmas present she gets early, I thought it would be a fun thing to do together. I am having such a hard time not opening the threads or looking at the reveals, lol. I feel like a little kid on Christmas eve, but I am going to have to wait a lot longer than that! I've never ordered one before and I think rationally I'd rather spend the $$ on supplies that are known that I want, but I am also looking at this as an activity that we do toegether. So when we open them, I think every few days we'll take a couple hours and make something with the things we have opened thus far.

I got both. I'm going to open the stitching one so I can make my cards with them , but keeping the 24 non holiday one ,last years was so I'm hoping thats the case this year too,for later. Hopefully I can wait until December.
I just got the stitching one today...I have some of the stitching dies from Spellbinders and I don't love the ones that involve too much stitching. After seeing all the dies I love most of them, they are smaller pieces and some of the stitching are very simple.

I got one last year and never peeked. It’s get easier, trust me. Once you get it I’ll bet you’ll tuck it away and totally forget about it for a while. It’ll be so fun to open with your mom 😀

I love that you're opening it with your mom - that sounds like fun! Last year I forgot to open doors on several days, and had 2-3 days stacked up. Oops!
This year I'm trying the stitching one but haven't opened it yet. I always need to get Halloween crafting out of my system before I can turn my attention to christmas. So that's where I'm at now - Halloween crafting and I'll be in it for the next 1-2 weeks.

I just got the stitching one. I wouldn’t have gotten it before seeing the reveal, so I will be opening and using the contents on some cards. I did not get the Advent calendar though.

My Advent calendar finally arrived yesterday. I put it away so I’m not tempted to open it.
Looking forward to seeing the videos each day in December!

The Stitchmas one arrived here on Wednesday. I have not opened it yet, but I have seen all the previews, so no big surprises anyways. We have been running crazy the last few weeks and I have had very little crafty time.. I am like you others, trying to get my Halloween stuff played with before I move on to Christmas.
