I was shopping for the big bear refill bottle… Shipped from scrapbook dot com in AZ to the Pacific NW $17.99 + $15ish postage, ouch! Shipped directly from Bearly Art, same retail price, $17.99 but with (ETA: priority) shipping included for free. I’m glad I checked!

Whoa. It came up as $5.49 for me to CA. I had 4 shipping options. Next highest was $12.
Found it on Amazon too with free shipping. $19.

I guess if I had followed through on scrapbook dot com there might've been some cheaper shipping options on the full checkout page, but I was VERY happy to get it shipped free directly from the BA company. It arrived from Texas today, priority mail, 2.5 days. I imagine they can afford to do that because their profit margin is higher if they retail directly. I'm very happy to support a small business instead of a bigger or massive one (I think amazon has enough money) and it didn't even cost me more Off to refill my glue bottle!

joblackford is this your favorite glue?? I use Nuvo delux... so just curious Yes. I liked Nuvo a lot too, but a friend gifted me a big bottle of Bearly Art and it has lasted me so long, it's really good value! And the fine tip applicator works well for die cuts. BA is much thinner than Nuvo, which surprised me, but it works well and it's easy to add fine dots or lines onto the back of tiny things. I was gifted the full kit which has a 4oz bottle which is what I use on my desk, and a big refill bottle. It's a bit pricey to start with but that has lasted since Sept 2021, and I make A LOT of cards (maybe 600 a year? maybe more?) Climate seems to have an influence on adhesives but I've only heard good things about BA (and Nuvo). BA recovers from being frozen so it's not going to get ruined if it's shipped in the winter in a cold place, but from what I can tell that and price are about its only major differences from every other glue. Everyone seems to have their fav but they all seem pretty good to me.

Does the Bearly Arts dry clear shiny or matte? I use Ranger Multi Medium Matte because you can't really see if some squishes out. But it gets hard to squeeze the bottle after a while. I use the Quilled Creations fine tip.
I noticed a lot of recs for Bearly Arts in the Petunia caulk gun thread so maybe this should be my new glue?

My gluing is usually pretty messy so I think I would've noticed if it had any shine to it, but I can test for you. It definitely doesn't dry tacky if it squidges out, which is my biggest peeve. I believe BA has a much thinner consistency than MMM.

Hold on the your Beaty arts hue bottles and refill with PVA glue. You can get big bottles off Amazon and it will save you tons, it’s the same glue, used by book makers, acid and lignin free. I thin mine a tiny bit. It’s awesome.

I saw several recommendations here for Bearly glue so I ordered some. I threw it in with a couple of other items I wanted from. SBC. It increased my shipping by a dollar. Amazon had it with free shipping but the price was higher so this worked out better.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one who carefully tracks how much each item affects the shipping cost at SB.C....

It's so funny you posted this. I've been looking for a glue with a super fine tip because I'm planning on making a cut file in the near future that has lots of fiddly little areas. This looks like it would work perfectly.
