Happy New Year: I really like that this collection has bright colors and it feels more mature than a lot of celebratory collections. I might pick this one up for some birthday photos I have.
Birthday: Generic but not on my wish list.
Noteworthy: There is a lot to like about this collection. I love the colors, and the "everyday" theme will work for a lot of my photos.
Winter Wonder: Absolutely adorable, but I have no use for it.
Love Story: Gorgeous papers and colors. I will definitely pick up a lot of this collection.

Happy New Year: I could use that number paper for things other than a new year... Looking at what's in the collection with only one of every number and no zero you can't spell out 2024 Birthday: I am trying to avoid buying "you" birthday collections but this one is kind of cute, and there is one tiny "it's my" so I could actually scrap my own birthday using that. The rest is still very you/your though... Noteworthy: with the exception of that ugly yellow shade I hate, all the writing instruments and typewriters are my jam. I might pick some stuff up from this one. Winter Wonder: I like the colors, and the paper with the coffee mugs... Love Story: not really my thing except there's a book paper in there I might grab.

I might pick up a few things from Noteworthy. I would also consider buying the card kit to have something easy to work on at a crop.

Winter Wonder is what happens when Crate Paper's iconic Snow & Cocoa and Simple Stories' Feelin' Frosty have a baby, I swear (minus that dark navy). I will absolutely end up with some of this in my home at some point. I can totally see myself adding a couple of sheets and some embellishments as I place an order for something else. It'll sneak in, I just know it. The word embellishments, especially, look very easy to use and versatile with other product lines.

They really missed an opportunity to make a set of numbers for Noteworthy. I'm going to have to buy that paper and cut it up.
I like the snow one as well. We usually have at least one snow in December.

I need none of it but I like the colors in that winter line!
Noteworthy instantly took me back to an ooooold Maggie Holmes collection that had similar motifs and definitely the same vintage-y color palette.

Booty you nailed it! I don’t like the mustardy yellow they use. That yellow, olive mushy green, or tomato red are always an instant no for me.

I’m a big simple stories fan so I do like them all except for the bday one. No need. But I’ll probably only get some of the winter one. Maybe the noteworthy. I just can’t do that bright pink. I really don’t like it! And they use it all the time!

The winter collection is my favorite, but I don't technically *need* it. All of the others are a pass for me.
Thank you for sharing all of the goodies!

Simple Stories is usually one of my go-to manufacturers but there is really nothing I NEED to have here. I don't care for Love Story, New Year or Birthday at all. I much prefer their last birthday collection. As for Winter Wonder, I think I might prefer the colours in their previous Feelin' Frosty collection, but I would definitely have a use for this and may pick up some. I do like Noteworthy, and am tempted to pick it up for my 2024 PL, I am just not sure how well it would play with the rest of my stash. It has a very vintage look and colour palette that I love, just not sure if it will go with my photos. I will reserve my opinion on this one until I can take a closer look at it.

I love Winter Wonder, EXCEPT for the font. I hate the font.
I'll probably grab a few pieces of the paper.

Might not be true for OA devotees, but I'm feeling a bit of an October Afternoon vibe from Noteworthy. I think it reminds me of Girl Friday?

I like winter wonder and could even tolerate the pink, but I'm not a fan of the bunny. It seems a little odd to me in a winter collection and personally, I don't like just animal heads like the bunny in the ephemera. I realize that probably sounds very picky. I would probably still buy the collection.
Noteworthy is a pass. I realize I'm in the minority, but I don't like the vintage color scheme with the mustard yellow, brown, pink and teal.
Simple Vintage Love Story is pretty, but not my style. It reminds me a little of Prima's last Valentines collection.
Simple Stories' style has really changed over the last couple of years and sadly, their collections are no longer must haves for me.

Nothing is on my "to buy" list, and on closer examination I really think not a single item will find it's way home with me.
"Noteworthy" is the flea market colours: not my fave and feels drab. The icons of a typewriter, a tape dispenser, a rotary telephone, very old-fashioned radio, a white out gizmo (which is quite modern compared to the rest of the items?), a rolodex, old-timey camera, a globe, binders...yuck. Oh - and on the cut-apart sheets, items are labelled: "stapler". "vase". "inkwell". "Binder". WTH???
There's nothing new in Birthday or New Years and I can find those exact colour combos in their previous lines so I won't need these ones.
Winter wonder misses for me and I can't put my finger on it. Too pale I think. How will this go with snowy photos? And... roses? A page of roses??? Love Story would never be my style. I think it's quite pretty, but I would never us it!

They really missed an opportunity to make a set of numbers for Noteworthy. I'm going to have to buy that paper and cut it up. ... Agreed. While both collections include a pattern paper with random numbers (i.e. It's A New Year & December), the lack of at least one numbers-only ephemera pack, stickers, stamps, dies, &/or other embellishment/tool containing various numbers to create dates/years (e.g. 12/31/2022, 2023, 1/1/2024) in each collection is puzzling.

I don't scrap new years and the birthday line is not really my style so those are both an easy pass.
Love Story is pretty but way too vintage for the types of photos and stories I'm currently scrapping.
I like the softer colour scheme of Winter Wonder but it doesn't get cold enough here for snow, or even really for gloves/mittens or scarves or beanies, and the non themed pieces don't excite me (although I do like the bunny, I'm a sucker for a cute animal) so I'll pass on this one as well.
I really wanted to like Noteworthy, I've enjoyed using these yearly collections as the base for my albums over the last couple of years, but this one is way too vintage and cream and just plain old fashioned to work with my typical photos and there are far too few journaling cards/spaces on the papers to make it practical.

I would likely be using this to scrap photos from the freezing depths of January and roses have nothing to do with it

I'll probably pick up some of the Winter Wonder when it comes out (I have a local craft store chain that usually carries some Simple Stories).

containing various numbers to create dates/years (e.g. 12/31/2022, 2023, 1/1/2024) in each collection is puzzling. I just looked at the images for the sticker pad and it does have some numbers. But I find the quality of those pads to be lacking and I don't typically buy them. The stickers are so thin.

I like the brights in the New Year and Birthday lines, but I don't feel the need to rush out and get my hands on any of these new lines.
I am always on the lookout for fun winter lines, but this isn't one of them: the colours are too pastel and soft for the photos I take. Not in the market for retro distressed look. I bought stuff the last time it was in style and have barely used any. I was happy when the industry moved away from pink, but it seems I am not a fan of their salmon/soft coral substitute, either.

Happy New Year - don't care for this line Birthday - maybe a couple of "B" sides Noteworthy - I do like quite a bit of this collection. Winter Wonder - no need for a winter line although I like a couple of the pp-s S.V. Love Story - lovely but I have no need for it Thanks for showing us PaperAngel.

I’m surprised I don’t like more of these. I love the Love story collection but don’t have any need for it 😞. I love the colors in the winter collection!

Nothing is standing out to me, but I appreciate a different take on the Valentine's line. A lot of those papers are actually versatile.

Winter Wonder is what happens when Crate Paper's iconic Snow & Cocoa and Simple Stories' Feelin' Frosty have a baby, I swear (minus that dark navy). Accurate! The popularity of the CP Snow & Cocoa aesthetic certainly has staying power, given it was released in 2017. I love Winter Wonder, EXCEPT for the font. I hate the font. ... I also dislike the scrawly font (& handdrawn illustration style) in this collection (& others with the same aesthetic). I like winter wonder and could even tolerate the pink, but I'm not a fan of the bunny. It seems a little odd to me in a winter collection and personally, I don't like just animal heads like the bunny in the ephemera. I realize that probably sounds very picky. I would probably still buy the collection. ... The pale color palette & bunny make me wonder if Winter Wonder didn't start as a spring/Easter collection concept.

Understandable, since Noteworthy is an office theme collection with an old-fashioned/vintage aesthetic like OA's 9 to 5 collection (note Girl Friday is one of its pattern papers).
