I have tried five times to cut a capital 'G' out of a specific font, and my Silhouette keeps catching the same part of the 'hole' it is cutting out and messing it up.
I've tried cutting slower, making the letter bigger, cutting less deep, changing the cutting material selection thingie. It gets to one part of the curve and messes up every time.
I even tried flipping the letter backwards so it would cut a different part first, and that didn't work either.
Any ideas? I already have the rest of the word glued to my page or I'd just pick a different font.

Maybe you have already tried this, but I would zoom in super close to see if you can find a flaw in the problem letter. You should be able to adjust the points in the design, close any possible gaps, etc.

There was one point where the design was more v shaped than u shaped that I was able to move it and was able to cut without ripping the cardstock.
