I'm wondering how quickly Taylored Expressions gets their packages out the door - I've never ordered from them in the US before (only to Canada), but I want the new Christmas release sent to the hotel I'm staying at next weekend in Pennsylvania so I can avoid the customs and duties I'd have to pay by having it shipped to Canada. I just don't know how backed up they get when there's been a big release like the Christmas one yesterday. Anyone have any experience?

I'm not sure that I've ever ordered immediately after a big release, but in my experience they are astonishingly fast getting orders shipped. It seems to be quite intentional, too. I think they're very proud of their shipping efficiency as well as their customer service more generally.

They ship extremely fast but I've always purchased at a non-release time. I've heard nothing but good things about their customer service. Maybe you could email and ask them what their shipping time is and let them know of your circumstance. Worth a shot.

I ordered last Black Friday and if I remember right I was very impressed with the speed.
I love that their free shipping starts at $50.

Update - I spoke with someone at TE and they said it's taking 4-5 days to get out a shipment right now. I think I'm cutting it too close. I'm super bummed because I really wanted the $200 free gift, too, but I can't ship that high of dollar amount to Canada without being hit with massive duties potentially. Boo, poor me.
