So yeah two days ago I was ready to make an offer on the house with unfinished basement and HOA not was pretty good.
Literally at the last second the other day had second and third doubts, so held off, and literally within the hour a new house popped up that ticked several more boxes. Above the desired price range, but a great realtor later all of the sudden tonight the sellers accepted the offer. 48 hour whiplash for a finished basement, no HOA, and a view to boot.
