Here is the Saturday sketch for when you wake up, AussieMeg and Chinagirl828 and any others across the IDL.
I have been drawn to diagonal page designs lately, and really liked one I found on Pinterest. I followed the link to The Scrapbooking Store, and discovered not only the sketch, but several examples of fall LO's besides. ETA. As noted by @rush2scrap below, this is a Scrapbook Generation sketch by Allison Davis.
Here is my take on the sketch. I used it to create the October page for my 2024 family calendar, AND as my take on this month's DONNA challenge:
My original plan was to fill one half of the page with stamping OR stickers, then leave the other half blank. But after I had stamped the top left corner, I decided I wanted to use stickers TOO, so I added the woodgrain triangle as my base and went from there.

Thanks for the sketch grammadee (and Allison Davis / Scrapbook Generations). I finally got my layout finished. I moved the photos down a bit, plus made the triangles a bit smaller so you can see the background paper underneath, which I copied from a Heather Guy layout.  |
