I like all of the fun brads. I kept my deckle scissors. When people look at my albums they're usually not scrappers who would know the current trends.

I just don't understand the disdain and dislike for Prima flowers. I loved them then and I love them now. I got rid of most of my paper scrapping supplies years ago, but I kept all of my gorgeous Prima flowers. I still use digital Prima-style flowers at times. I actually didn’t like them at all for the longest time, though they looked pretty on people’s shelves in their glass jars. But I purchased Prima’s Halloween collection and have an entire row of them going across my page design!

Remember bottle caps? For awhile they were everywhere and then *poof* they disappeared. I never understood them in the first place, though. It was weird how popular they were. How about fancy edged scissors? People did very bad things with their photos with those. I admit to keeping the scalloped one for the bottom of tags but I took the others to school for my students a long time ago. Eyelets! Couldn't go to a crop without the sound of someone hammering. Chevron paper. So much chevron paper. What do you remember as being a "must have" scrapping product that has totally disappeared now? Every word of that made me literally laugh out loud. SO. SO. TRUE. LOLOL!!

My daughter has had a big destash, as they will be using the spare room (her craftroom) for their first baby's nursery: she is still keeping quite a bit however she has gifted me with the papers and embellishments that no longer bring her joy. Omg, there are lots which I remember we shopped for on a trip to Orlando in 2007! Some still feel current and I will be using them. Occasionally I use the patterned scissors, which she left here when she moved out, in place of large edging punches for paper not photos. I still use my endless amount of brads, buttons, fibres and ribbons on LOs. The main thing I miss from the good old days is the number of LSS we had within 10 miles of here. You can order things online but that aroma of an LSS as you walked in ... heaven!
