I just saw the pretty champagne color and wondered about the quality of her metallic inks. I’ve not used her inks before. If not these, what are your favorite metallic inks?

Looks interesting! I've not tried CP inks but haven't had any luck with metallic inks in general.

I just used CP inks for the first time recently. They are awesome. But I haven’t used metallics from her or anyone else. I was watching a YouTube video yesterday and they used a metallic gold ink on the edges of some fall leaves. They looked beautiful but I have no idea what brand the ink was.

I haven't used Catherine Pooler metallics but the Tsukineko Brilliance metallics are lovely and dry quickly - even on vellum. I've had the coffee bean, copper, gold, and moonlight white (non-metallic) for at least a decade and they still are juicy and vivid.

I use Tsukineko Delicata for metallics -- I have sapphire, ruby, emerald, and golden glitz. I love the colored ones for stamping sentiments -- they add a little something without the added steps of heat embossing.

I don't think any of CP's other inks are pigment inks so these will be totally different than stamping with her normal inks. Her regular inks are great quality but you might have to wait for a while to get reviews of these new ones. The person I trust for fairly honest reviews, who is also a CP fan, is Ardyth on YT. She will usually mention if she has trouble with a new product, although she may blame her own lack of expertise at first. She has a video up using them already. www.youtube.com/watch?v=_3FJCX4xtDs

Thanks for the link joblackford. Really nice to see the inks in action. Helps me make better decisions about if I need them or not!

I first saw the CP metallic inks in a Nancy Stamps video and I thought they looked like they might result in a really smooth shine. When I went looking for more videos I noticed it was hard to see the shine at all. I suspect that it's hard to film well. I have the Delicata gold and silver so I'm hoping to run across a good comparison video at some point.

My Delicata metallic inks dried out way too quick. If I’m being honest, they were pretty dry when I purchased them. It was very disappointing. I recently purchased the Honey Bee gold and silver ink pads and reinkers. Hopefully they last longer.

I received the CP metallic inks yesterday. I played with them a little bit last night and I really like them. I checked my stamped images this morning and they all dried really well and are so shiny. So far I am very pleased.

a friend of mine got them for free (DT) and told me that they are fantastic. I trust this person. I am getting the gold for sure. CP inks are top notch
