Again - my theme for your Monday cards is "Sets", as in a set of cards. My definition of a set is 3 cards - you may
use the same papers for your set with different sentiments
or the same sentiment with different papers.
Your challenge for this week is to make card with a "flap" to close the card
My goal was to post cards that were doable for all of you. And because the holiday season is close upon us could be pretty easily mass produced. I don't stamp or use dies or stencils so all of the outside verses were downloads that I used the print and cut feature on my silhouette. You can also print them and cardstock and use a punch.

Thank you for the sets challenges, gramma . Your cards are so pretty and such a nice variety! I have really enjoyed doing the sets challenges. I especially liked this particular challenge, although I am still trying to figure out how to add a closure to keep it closed. I prefer not to use magnets, and I don’t have any Velcro dots. Do you do anything special to keep it closed? Anyway, I ended up using removable tape for the photo, but that is a temporary fix. The font of the stamp phrase I used is a bit weird. In case it’s hard to read in the photo, it says, “What’s the scoop?”

Beautiful cards gramma and scrapnnana Lots of fun patterns and colors going on. I love a good patterned paper card! I like this design. It looks like a slight variation of another I've done as a sheetload, but that didn't have the flap closure. I hope to have time to make a few tomorrow so I can add this design to my repertoire.

I've made a set of four similar to this previously as part of a CS kit; they had no closure scrapnnana. Same with the double-flap gatefold cards I made from one of Connie Stewart's sketches for last Christmas.

scrapnnana I use the velcro dots for a closure when I remember them. Otherwise they go just as is.

Your ice cream themed cards look yummy and cute, scrapnnana . gramma thank you so much for the set challenges. You are so right, that it is quicker to make a set while your scoring tool is all set up and you can stack things on your trimmer. Four more really useful cards!

The small rectangle flap opens to the right. The square flap opens to the left. Sheetload June 2022.

Here are my three flap cards, gramma. These are 5x7: you can get two card bases from one 12x12 sheet of cs. The flaps are 4 1/4 x 5 1/2", so you can get two flap cards from one sheet of 8 1/2 x 11" cs. They were fun to make, playing with my Bella Blvd collection from last year. #30 set of flapped cards by Gramma Dee, on Flickr
