Currently waiting for both Shutterfly and SB.com to have a decent sale so I can order my already completed cart and offset the atrocious shipping costs.
I'm printing photos for my October Daily and buying theme park-ish papers for my dd's trip to Disney and Knott's Berry farm last March.
Anyone else playing the waiting game? What are you ordering?

I try to avoid paying for shipping.
I wait for scrapbook.com to have free shipping on orders above *whatever the required amount*. I wait for A Cherry on top to have free shipping on any order. Both are usually random and for one day only.
Last week, scrapbook.com had free shipping on $150+. I got the sizzix big shot bundle, it came with four sets of dies(squares, circles, rectangles and stars). Once I made the decision to make the purchase, I waited for two-three-ish months for a free shipping day. I saved 21.99 on shipping, by waiting. I wanted the sizzix big shot for a few years, had planned to buy it in 2020, but then the pandemic hit......so I had to hold off on the purchase because of finances. When times are tough.... fun, frivolous and splurge purchases have to wait. I told myself, once I re-built my savings (75% gone during the pandemic) to a certain amount, my reward would be purchasing the Big Shot. Took a long time to re-build, but proud of myself for doing it. Still want and need to save more(the pandemic was an eye opening reality of >> I thought I had enough, but now know I need to double or triple what I thought was a good amount to have in savings and reserves. Currently contemplating what my next reward is going to be, once I accomplish that. My operating systems work best, when I have a goal-reward to work for. Whatever my reward for myself is, I try to get the best deal possible (coupons, free shipping, percent off, etc...).

YES! i now need to order from scrapbook.com. i missed yesterday’s 8% off. it’s not much but would have covered sales tax. SB.com seems to offer 8% off every Monday & certain weekends. Its infrequent free shipping has recently been on $150+ (which IMHO should always be free with no to few exceptions).

I’ve been thinking about getting a Glimmer hot foiling machine which would also require foils (duh) and some plates. So I’ll be checking SBC, ACOT and spellbinders.
Or a Silhouette. Checking Amazon on that one.
