If so, were you happy with the process and results? Did you shop around? I'm wondering if I want to bother with having both 3Day Blinds and Graber/Costco come to the house to give us pricing.

Tried to, but their rep for the area we needed the blinds for flaked out on us. She never showed up for the appointment nor did she call to cancel or reschedule. We ended up ordering them from a chain home improvement store.

I had a great experience. I ordered wooden blinds and after about 2 years one of them malfunctioned. I called the Grabar rep and they came out and replaced all 3 of them. Easy Peasy.

I had a good experience. They didn't push me to spend more than I planned. I had them price all my windows and patio doors, but only bought about half.

I just ordered cellular blinds from Lowe’s. The only window coverings that came with the house were in the primary bedroom, so i needed a bunch! They had the best price and I didn’t want to spend $10,000 on something no one would really notice. They arrive November 29, so I’ll see if I got a bargain or wasted my money.
They were 50% off, but that promotion ended yesterday. They’re 30% off now. I can’t say how often they go 50%, but the 30% seems to be the usual discount.

Over 30 years ago I ordered Hunter Douglas blinds from an ad in Country Living... that was BI - Before Internet. LOL I looked at blinds at a furniture store and priced them. Then I priced them at the place from the ad. It's been so many years, but it seems like it was something like Discount Blinds. The price was SO much less, and I had about 20 custom size blinds needed.
They are still going strong!
My two girls have recently ordered blinds online and have great luck with them. My oldest ordered some for her kitchen and ended up hating the color. They told her to keep them and sent her a new color (she could only do this once). They are very high quality shades that they have now.

We ordered from Menards, measured and installed ourselves and aside from the fact that we measured one window incorrectly they turned out great. And even the one that we ordered the wrong size luckily happened to fit DD’s bathroom window at home AND was a color that worked in there so at least the money wasn’t wasted.
