removing and replacing lids or caps?! Oh, and searching for said lids when they disappear on your desk? 😄 I have been playing at my desk for the last few hours, and I just noticed how many times I take off and put back on the lids for my glue bottles, my pokey tool, my tweezers, my pick, my favourite scissors, my markers, etc etc etc. 😂
Oh, and also embossing powders, ink pads, and little tubs of sequins. All things I’ve used today!

My scissors, tweezer and pokey tool don't have lids, they stand upright in a cup, but I do lose the lids to everything else frequently!

My problem is that I don't get the lids back ON fast enough, and often have to deal with clogged nozzles. And I spend alot of time looking for EVERYTHING! I set something down, and it immediately disappears. I swear my craft supplies love a good game of hide and seek. Some of them don't poke their noses out until I have already found alternate ways to finish my project. I also often lose not only the covers--long gone now--of my pokey tool and Xacto knife, but also the tools themselves. Don't stick your hand under any piles of stuff on my desk!

I don't have many things with lids - glue, scissors, pens...my pokey things lost their lids long ago and are stored in the elastic holders on the side of my tool carousel. I'm one of those annoying people who clean up between layouts and mostly put tools away as I use them. That doesn't seem to protect me from losing stuff though

I don't have many things with lids, but if you had said just searching your desk for your misplaced scissors, adhesive, pen...

I bought a cute little plate that I use for scissor sheath, pen tops, pens, extra small dies, etc. I’ve spent a lot of time lifting this, moving that, to find my lost items. Really helped. But of course there’s always some rogue supply that goes missing.

I have a beautiful Neiman Marcus vintage crystal bowl on my desk. I use it for my lids and caps. Last night I spent twenty minutes looking for all my lids and caps that were all over my desk. I made a flower and pinwheel. I lost seven caps and lids. I never put my lids in that bowl.

I don't have many things with lids, but if you had said just searching your desk for your misplaced scissors, adhesive, pen... This. Once I really get going I can have some piles on my desk of papers or cards I was sorting through to choose, etc.

Some of them don't poke their noses out until I have already found alternate ways to finish my project. This is so me, not only every time I scrap, but everytime I work on crafts
