I was going through my recipes and came across a gold mine! In 2001 a pea (I won’t name them) from the old site, made the following post: I’m always looking for great and easy recipes since I’m about to be married and become the official cooker. Is anyone interested in having a recipe swap? If so maybe we could all post our favorite recipe! Here’s mine….
ANYWAY… at that time I printed the entire thread - all 22 pages. Would it be ok for me to scan and share? I have mixed feelings since I would be sharing other people’s old comments.

We did a recipe swap years ago in a scrapbook group I was in and I still use many of those recipes today! I would love to see the recipes you copied.

Absolutely. It isn't like you are posting personal information about them. The board was public then. If the site hasn't been shut down we would all be able to see it anyway. I think it would be fun to see recipes and old peas.

Most people used screen names anyway.

Yes, yes, yes! I have most of my kitchen set up and have been wanting to start really cooking again. I unpacked a box with a few cookbooks last night but the main one that I was hoping to find, the book created by my parents with family favorites, wasn’t in there.
So I would love to look at the recipes you found! I have just been making soups from memory and bland things like grilled chicken breast with frozen vegetables and some brown rice. Yeah, I know that is healthy, but it gets old pretty fast.
The guys that packed up my garage packed up the shelf unit with all of my small appliances and did not label any of them. I need my Instant Pot, Vita Mix, Cuisinart, and sealing machine. Well, I haven’t found the box with the bags for the sealing machine yet either so I can’t start doing any major cooking to stock the freezer up.
So I am ready for tried and true recipes that don’t require more than pots and pans and knives.

ETA I see that they are posted on the recipe board.

My house loves oh yvonne, Done to Death Apple Bread. And Kami developed a super easy chocolate chip cookie recipe that I really like. I'm excited to go digging thru Pea recipes. And maybe there are pea recipes. I do love peas! And Peas!

Please share the recipes. I lost my copy years ago but I remember there were some great recipes in the collection that I’d love to have again.
