As I am losing weight, I am seeing my double chin turning more into a turkey neck. I found this one SimplyVital Face Moisturizer Collagen Cream - Anti Aging Neck and Décolleté - Made in USA Day & Night Face Cream - Moisturizing, Lifting & Recovery – 1.7oz a.co/d/ghR5z9QBut wondered if anybody had used it or if there was recommendation for other tried and true brands. TIA for your help!

I'm using one that I just started this week. Nivea Skin Firming and Chest tightening cream. I have no idea how it works but I have high hopes. It seems to have good reviews. Nivea Skin Firming and Anti Wrinkle Neck and Chest Cream, 24-Hour Moisturizing Body Cream Reduces the Look of Fine Lines and Wrinkles, 6.7 Oz Tube a.co/d/id6uEII

Sad to say that I don’t believe sagging skin can be reversed in any way except with surgery. But rich moisturizers might make it feel and look less crepey. The cosmetic industry is selling us a load of promises and I’ve been sucked in! I also had an upper and lower bleph in January. 😄 Young women today take much better care of their skin than I did in the 70s and 80s and their faces will reflect that in the future. 😄

I think if you want to see a significant improvement you should visit your dermatologist.

But i agree that creams aren’t going to do anything meaningful for sagging skin.

That’s pretty late, probably. Most aesthetic treatments are best started in the 40s before there’s too much aging progression it’s trying to work against. Maintaining is easier.

And another thing…”medical grade skincare” is a fallacy. Just a heads up before you lay out the cash.

My double chin melted away and my neck is tight. Before going and buying expensive creams and lotions wait and see a bit longer. My neck even 20lbs heavier looks great.

I took photos just in case
Edit my aesthetics doctor wanted to do cool sculpting on me and want me to get needles in my chin and buy creams and stuff. I have the photos from last night.

Thanks for your thoughts. I have a plastic surgeon due to my upcoming partial mastectomy. Last week I went in for my 2nd consult and ended up also walking out with Botox, I am shocked by the results and love it!
Perhaps I will speak with him about some ideas after my surgery is done. I am proud of myself for losing the weight (44 lbs and counting) , but hate that my double chin has morphed into such a saggy mess.

I believe creams can moisturize and plump the skin a little bit but sagging skin is not going to be fixed by a cream.

There are so many amazing procedures you can do now I really hope you see a cosmetic dermatologist- (things like Emface, Coolsculpting, Morpheus8 etc) I really think they could help you with options.

Very true on both counts… but there are good aesthetic dermatologists out there who are more honest about expectations and more skilled in treatments. They’re worth their weight in gold.
