It looks like to me if you go to the website there is a line, it will tell you how long the wait is, you enter your email address and they will let you know when you’re up. (I hope that is correct. Once again I have not shopped). Maybe someone who’s checked out can help you better. |

Go to the site, and you will be put in a line. It gives you an estimate on the time. My time kept going up. Once you are in to the site, you can start shopping, but you need to log in 1st to put things in your cart. You can log in, in the upper right hand corner.
I got mainly cmas scents. They had a few new ones, not many, the usually ones, and lots of cmas/winter scents. did find just a few summer ones.

My line time kept increasing too but overall I only waited about 30 minutes. I didn't have anything specific that I wanted but I found 4 candles that sounded nice. Got done shopping and checked out within 10 minutes. Hopefully the candles won't take ages to arrive.

I bought a bunch of Bath and Body Works candles
Last week for $2.90 each. They haven’t shipped yet and when I got my credit card statement today it says “Geoffllc.com”…Did I get scammed?

Emelle My cc statement always says “bathandbodyworks.com” $2.90 for the 3 wick candles would be unheard of/too good to be true. That would be like 90% off. You could get the soaps for $2.90 or maybe the small candles on a good sale. Today is their official lowest price and they are $9.95 each (reg 24.95-26.95). |

You might want to get a new card with different numbers? Just in case it was a fishing scam. You can call your card and then do what they say to protect yourself |

I don't buy much from there but my daughter recently started a seasonal job at B&B and just left for her shift today. I asked her to stop at the grocery store after work and she groaned and said "but it's candle sale day today, I'm going to be exhausted". Meanwhile every female on her list is getting candles or soap for Christmas this year!
I hope all the peas are able to get what they are looking for.

So I tend to order for pick up. They had a big banner at the top saying Order for store pickup was not available with the sale price. I got 4 candles and the shipping wasn't excessive. I just hope they don't show up broken like they have in the past. |

I understand why they don't want the stores getting crazier on the candle sale days with people picking up orders but it does suck to spend an extra $7 for shipping when there's a store just down the road from my work. |

I just ordered mine, only 6 this year. I usually order more but have not been as happy with some of the scents lately. mamallama, when I checked out (online order) the site said that the "order online, pickup in store" option was not available today. |

I went to my store at 4:30 yesterday, no lines or crowds. Got 12 candles for gifts and myself. They were out of one of my favs so I’ll just go back when the sale is over and exchange one.

I prefer the single wick candles. I got some when they were on the buy 3, get 3 free promo last week. They arrived today!
The 3 wick are too strong for us.

I walked into a Bath and Body Works yesterday while I was Christmas Shopping. I forgot that it was cheap candle day. That little store had 20 people working in it! I went in for soap and wall flowers but I caved to peer pressure and bought 3 candles. I think I'm going to give one to my brother-in-law because I know he burns candles a lot but I haven't decided which of the 3 I'm willing to part with.
I'm addicted to wall flowers so I don't use candles very much. Everything smelled so pretty, though.

Yes, file a fraud claim with your credit card comoany, just as you would for any other fraudulent charge. They will likely cancel and reissue your card. |

I had planned to but bought some Monday thinking they would be 10.95 but they couldn’t tell me when. The store was nuts I was thinking I was only paying $2 more but it ended up $3. Oh well. I briefly thought about ordering more friday but after going through my stash I can’t buy any more until I put a huge dent in my candle stash. Next year though I will be shopping.
