Trying to help my parents out with my dad in the hospital. Anyone know how to check if he is enrolled with the VA and if not how to get him enrolled? May have more questions! Thanks in advance!

We have a Veterans Affairs coordinator in our county. You might check with your county offices to see if you have this resource. I have a relative who got medical care from the VA but it took a long, long time to get him in. Also, you will have to have his military discharge information and including his service number at a minimum.

This site link will help you locate a national veterans specialist in your area and they will be best equipped to help you and answer all your questions. Dealing with the VA is not something you want to tackle on your own.

It can certainly be a tough row to hoe with the VA, but once you get it figured out they are helpful.
I wish your dad the very best services from the VA, and I thank him for his service.
