I placed an order on Nov 2, and the Paypal payment went through that day, but I never got an order confirmation or the stuff I ordered. I've emailed twice since then with no answer, and there's no phone number on the website. It was a very little order and a very small amount of money, but I'm not going to give it very much longer before I get a hold of paypal to dispute the payment.
I never know how long to give these (presumably) small sites to ship things.

I ordered from them a year or so ago and it took a month to get my order. They are not very responsive to emails either, I started sending one a day for over a week and finally they got back to me. Good luck!

This was also my experience unfortunately - I did eventually get my order but in hindsight if I could have purchased the items from somewhere else I would have.

It's been more than a month. No confirmation, no package, no communication about your order. Unless their website said there would be a delay this long, I would dispute now. There is no excuse for this.

I saw your title and it made me cringe. They are one of my two unbelievably nightmarish shopping experiences--enough that's it's been 7 or 8 years and I still remember the store and owner name. I ordered years and years ago, and I can't remember what I wanted, but they were the only place I found it, so I placed an order. Like you, I waited and waited and waited, emailed after a couple of weeks asking for an eta, but no reply. After several emails I got a "hold your horses we'll get to it" type of email, at which point I called Paypal, who didn't want to refund because it had "just shipped" when they contacted the seller, than I got the box and things were missing. I finally got Paypal to refund, and had to return the package, and I can't remember all the details, but even then I still had to deal with them more.
I'm with Furry...ask Paypal for the refund now.

It’s amazing they’re still in business. I looked up reviews and they’re all terrible. Orders not shipped for months, orders incomplete with no refund, and reviews that call the place a scam.
