Are there jeans that don’t have any stretch in them?
I’m so tired of my jeans being baggy after an hour or having to buy a smaller size and being uncomfortable for an hour until they stretch out.

I don’t think so, I think it is just part of what the fabric is…but I could be totally wrong. I am a Levi wearer and they always stretch some and are just a regular denim Jean. Hopefully someone here has some other information or suggestions and brands for you.
Do you remember the fad (that I avoided at all cost because it seemed awful) of putting on your jeans and then getting them wet/showering with them so when they dried they were skin tight. That seems like the most uncomfortable way to wear jeans. 😄

I've been searching all year for jeans made with 100% cotton. They are the unicorns of the fashion world. Here's what I've found so far. Levi's has several styles that are 100% cotton. This Everlane jean is 100% cotton. If you don't mind wearing jeans from the men's department, Gap has a bootcut jean made from non-stretch traditional denim. They have a few other men's jean styles as well. Just avoid the ones made with GapFlex as those are 100% cotton but woven to have stretch. Good luck!

I just bought these Wrangler jeans a few weeks ago. So far I'm loving them. I also bought these Lee jeans. I like them but the color I bought was a little too dark for everyday wear. But for going out they're perfect. Be prepared though, 100% cotton jeans are thick. I was an Eddie Bauer jeans girl for many years. Their denim material has gotten so thin now that they don't even last. (I wear jeans almost daily)

DH absolutely abhors any stretchy denim, so we have to buy multiple pairs of the JCrew Selvedge (non-stretch version) whenever they come back in stock. Apparently a lot of people feel the same bc these fly off the shelves as soon as they stock up.

Sometimes you can find a higher cotton content in jeans with different colored fabric. I used to LOVE the Gloria Vanderbilt Amanda dark denim jeans that Costco used to sell. They were 90+% cotton and maybe 2% Lycra or something. They lasted forever and were really comfortable once they were broken in.
Now the blue ones are about 70% cotton, 28% polyester and 2% spandex and they’re horrible! The fabric gets pills right away and they just feel nasty to wear. They’re not like denim at all. BUT!!! The black denim jeans from that same brand and style are 98% cotton and 2% spandex which is MUCH more tolerable, but I have to order them in a size up from what I usually wear because they don’t stretch much at all. The green, red and tan colors are also 98% cotton.
