I have been cleaning and organizing my paper collections which led me to think I needed to stop buying so much Maggie Holmes as my container for her papers is busting at the seams. So it made me look for her collections since I said "you can't buy" whenever I am online "window shopping". I don't see anything new upcoming or very recent for her. Did I miss an announcement or is this a lull period before her next collection is announced?

She had one this year - Woodland Grove, I think? It’s at some of the big Joann’s stores still.
I’m not sure about what she has coming next, if anything.
I feel like some of the AC designer collections are spread out weird. Paige and Vicki’s Christmas collections were released in… May? I think. So maybe it has something to do with that for Maggie’s too.

They are behind Crate paper and Crate had no Christmas collection and that is usuallly their biggest draw for people.

I think Maggie Holmes posted on Instagram about designing a new collection for AC within the last few months. I’ll see if I can find the post.

Yes and they didn't even offer new shipment of last year's release which they have done before, even for their Halloween lines.

AC have signed Bea Valint as their new designer brand. She has been doing all sorts of paper projects for AC for years. Check out her brand new Poppy & Pear line. It's extremely Maggie Holmes-esque albeit with rounder floral elements. I'm pretty sure the same AC designer is behind this and the MH lines.

It appears the last Maggie Holmes collection, Woodland Grove, was released this past Spring (see discussion here). If you're interested, American Crafts has two new brands with a feminine & floral aesthetic: Celes Gonzalo ( Rainbow Avenue, as discussed here) & Bea Valint ( Poppy & Pear, as discussed there). HTH.

I went into my LSS to buy Bea Valint’s new collection but it was too Maggie Holmes-ish for me so I passed on it. I fell in love with Celes Gonzalo’s Rainbow Avenue instead and bought the entire collection. I’m so happy there is at least one new AC designer with an aesthetic I like. Yay!
