I watch granddaughter during the week and son in law is contemplating turning Disney plus off. He's bought dvds of Bluey, as that's all HE to use Disney +for. Problem is I turn it on daily while here and she and I watch other things-we have Mickeys Clubhouse on atm but also watch other things.
Anyway I'll just get it myself if I have to and wondering if the ads are awful..I don't typically mind ads and we use an antenna at my house so gets normal commercials, obviously basic is cheaper than the ad free, but is ad free worth it? that's what they currently have. Do the ads pop up in the middle of things or only between episodes?

They pop up on the middle of shows. They are usually around 90 seconds but might be shorter in shorter shows. They aren’t super annoying but I do miss ad-free. I had to change to with ads when I wanted to add ESPN+

We pay for the ad free Disney + and do a yearly subscription. That gives us 2 free months. So in the end it is like $3 more a month. ($11 instead of $8).

I don’t find it intolerable to have the ads. After all, we utilize those commercial breaks for bathroom breaks or snack breaks so it’s all good, LOL.
