We both LOVED it!!! I tried reading the book after but it seemed so different that I couldn't get into it. I loved it so much! Four of my top five songs on Spotify Wrapped this year were songs from the Aurora album. I haven't read the book. I've found that a lot of people who read the book first weren't too keen on the show, and definitely weren't keen on Riley Keough as Daisy. I personally thought she was amazingly brilliant and perfect for the role. Major girl crush! me too! |

As I lay in bed last night, I thought of another of our favorites: The Durrells in Corfu. Both DH and I LOVED this one as well. Takes place in Greece.

One that I just watched recently is No Offence. About mainly women police officers in Manchester. Bancroftis also good. I like Karen Pirie but there is only one series so far.
My all time favourites, though, are Vera, Shetland and Brokenwood Mysteries

Reacher has the entire first season available and season 2 just released 3 episodes. This just kills me. We binged this with my MIL last year. She loved it. Every time we visited she'd ask when S.2 was coming. We visited her at the end of October, and she had been watching S.1 again. She died just before Thanksgiving. I'm totally bummed on her behalf. I'm gonna save it for next week. |
