Depends, there's a few options. If you still have the .zip in your trash, some computers attach a download location to that. Browsers may also keep a record of downloads - in Firefox, it's Tools > Downloads You can try an internet search for the file name, if you remember it or left the unzipped folder as its default. Some files also carry metadata that includes a creator or origin.
Or you can post a pic of the SVG - one of the peas may well recognize it!

In addition to the above, Usually there is a text document included in the zipped file. You can click on that and it should have the person or company licensing terms.
