Somehow I lost the cord to my Gemini Jr. I contacted Crafters Companion and asked if they had replacement cords. They emailed me back and asked for my address and so they could me a new cord. I thought they’d charge me for but they sent it free. I was very impressed with that and sent them a thank you email when I received it.
I like sharing good CS experiences. Please add yours to the list. I like supporting business that treat customers well.

That's good to hear, artisticscrapper. They sent me a free cord too, when I had lost mine. It was the wrong cord; but they did send it for free, and I did end up finding mine. It was about 5 years ago. My good CS experience of late is with a company that sells jewelry making supplies: Beadalon. I bought a Jewel Loom about 6 months ago, maybe more, and it cracked. I emailed them, and the CS rep was kind and helpful. She didn't ask any questions and didn't need photos or proof of purchase. I didn't even have to return the cracked loom. I had my replacement in less than a week. I'm very happy with their CS and highly recommend the company.

Sizzix would not even send me a photo of the exact cord for my machine that I lost, muchless a replacement. Glad you had a great experience.

Ditto with sizzix
I purchased a die set, and one die was missing I couldn’t return it to the shop - it was on sale (no refunds etc) Emailed both sizzix in UK and the States, would not send me a die, or let me even purchase it They don’t ‘do’ NZ Very disappointing

They don't do US either, apparently. I had terrible customer service from them, and so did some other US-based Peas. They are really going downhill.
