I should be able to figure this out, but I'm a little confused. Maybe y'all will have better luck figuring it out than me.
I'm using the OA Daily Flash album for my DD. Rather than using the page protectors, though, I'm leaving most pages 'loose' in there because I want to use a variety of sizes and materials. I used a page protector as a guide and used my Cropadile (on its largest setting) to punch the holes for the binding. Some of my pages are not turning easily, and it's driving me crazy.
Why aren't they turning easily? Do I just need to enlarge the holes? Why would some turn easily while others wouldn't? Did it slide on me and I misplaced the holes by a fraction of a centimeter? It has me stumped.
In fact, it's so bad on my day 2 and 3 that I may have to redo the whole blasted layout for each of them. Ideas and suggestions would be welcome. If I have to fight with this thing the whole time I'm making it, then the project might not get finished.

You sound like me! I have handmade albums that are tricky to turn and it is irritating! Lol! If I've punched holes wrong, I've been able to salvage the page by running washi tape on the edge and repunching. If the hole still seems tight, I have a wooden skewer that I use to slightly widen the hole by twisting it around, if that makes sense.

if you look at some hole punched items the top and bottom holes are elongated. I assume that's for easier turning?

I used a regular hole punch because the hole it punches is a little bigger than the cropadile. Tiffany, for the pages that are the hardest to turn, could you put a strip of washi tape down the left hand side and then just punch new (bigger) holes rather than having to do the whole page over?

I'm glad I'm not the only one who has faced this issue. I feel a little less ridiculous. I didn't even think about a regular hole punch being a different size from the cropadile! That would be the place to start. If the larger holes make the smaller pages feel less stable, I'll prob have to rework the layout, but it's possible that some washi tape would do the trick. Thanks for the tips, ladies!

Tiff - a regular hole punch is definitely larger than a Crop a Dile. I can't usually use a crop a dial in a regular binder. Definitely try repunching with a standard hole punch!
