figure out dentist appt for kids
schedule haircut for DD - working on it
sign financial edocs - done
not doing well on this today, not feeling it. at least i got 2 things done!

6. Buy clear lightbulbs for bedroom

I know it is more than five but it is what it is.. at least two will get done today for sure.. I really really need to take care of the personal thing today.. Ugggg

5. Spice cabinet- done, did pantry while I was there and got some things to drop off at food pantry on Friday

I'll add mine today ... I always have a paper list (or three!!) going, but maybe putting it here will make it more serious  January 10th 1. reset my furnace so it blows the appropriate amounts of hot air to all three floors of the house 2. take the cat to the vet 3. sort out the bathroom cabinets in the bathroom that my ds now shares with my dd 4. put the Christmas outside decor away neatly in the garage (as opposed to the pile dumped where it is now) 5. clean off my old iPad and get it ready to give away |

My 5 for today Wed 1/10/24
1. Dd's infusion as well as put away/organize new shipment
2. Call ds' home health pharmacy and place formula order
3. Prep greens and cut up vegetables for next 3 days for salads/wraps
4. Laundry (bath/kitchen towels, clothes, dogs blankets)
5. Shop for new tablecloth

6. BONUS Save time to run Orla to Tractor Supply for a bath, as it is super muddy here after the snow and rain and as sure as
shit, she will roll in it

Set-up weekly calendar (should have been done Sunday, makes my week go so much smoother and I tend to remember to write these tasks down each night!) I got lots of my planner stickers in the mail yesterday so it worked out well that I didn’t get to this before we checked the mail /silver liningDaily declutter task(s)Take down Christmas tree in bedroom 
Much more realistic goals today and I was able to get all of them done, but the stickers ended up being DH’s  Was also able to unpack and put away most of my craft supplies from a session at my sisters, and pick up a bit upstairs in between stints on a heating pad. Good day! |

WHY is it so hard to find the right lightbulb? OMG.. I spent 15 minutes trying to find a plain non LED clear lightbulb for a standard ceiling fan. I don't want the funny looking bulb, don't need the fancy bulbs, don't want the ones that are not clear. Just a plain stupid clear lightbulb.

workingclassdog Are you referring to the soft white bulbs? My grocery store carries them, though I don’t know how the price compares to larger stores. But if you need something immediately it might be an option. But when I was checking to see if they carried them I had to scroll past a million different types of LED bulbs. And then, 2 options for non LED. Crazy! It's not that urgent.. it's in my bedroom, there are two that are out and two still going.. so not really a huge deal. I might try Home Depot today unless I decide it's just too cold out. |

I got most everything done on my list yesterday except for laundry and to start taking down Christmas, but since I got Christmas stuff done for my parents, I'm counting it!
Today:

3. Get faucet covers
Going to set myself up for success and not put anything else down. I know I can get these done today!

I’m sick, unfortunately. Voice comes and goes. Had to cancel the appt for puppy training class.
1. Shower
2. Change sheets on my bed
3. Change all the linens on Jay’s bed

If I get #1 complete today will be a win.

I have already ticked a bunch off of my long list for the weekend!
Clean and add soil to large plant
Clean under kitchen sink
Clean out plastic bag/wrap drawer
Clean bottom of cupboard where onions and potatoes are stored
Measure windows for new blinds
Cook chicken in Instant Pot for soup
Bake blueberry muffins (from a mix, I’m not an overachiever!)
Clear off kitchen table (halfway done)
Still to do:
pack up my scrapbook stuff so my room can be painted on Monday.
order a bunch of stuff from Amazon
take trash to dumpster
