Was just reading the Hero Arts kit thread. Wondering if there are any other new kits?
I am not really in the market for Valentines card making supplies, but I thought Taylored Expressions approach was the most tempting. Their new release is advertised for people "showing love all through the year". Has stamps, dies, stencils, at least one embossing folder, and it is really cute. And versatile.

I was pretty firmly in the “I don’t do Valentines” camp until I joined the Q1 Pea card swap. Luckily I was able to find stuff in my stash for a dozen cards and can probably manage a few more if the list grows a bit. It does seem like it be a good idea to add a little in this area, but not urgently. Maybe when stuff goes on sale.

I like the TE Folk Art set but I don't think I need more of this theme. I have a few heart themed products I use for the Valentine's Day card swap but otherwise I don't really use them.

Not kits, but a couple of things from C&9th's new release caught my eye. I like generic love products rather than gushy romantic love. There are some dies that I will probably end up getting but I'm trying not to look right now. I like the free heart/circle die Catherine Pooler is giving away to their Stamp Nation members but not sure that the other products are very usable for me. www.catherinepooler.com/blog/ |

I have plenty of Valentines day items in my stash that I got over the years.
I already splurged on Spellbinders bee themed clubs so I'm done for this month.
I really don't make many cards with this theme and even if I make them they are just sitting in a box. Im thinking to sign up for the card exchange so I can clear them out.

That TE embossing folder is the thing calling to me. Maybe eventually.

In general, I make one Valentine for my sweet husband, but I would like to send a few to friends if I can find some cute things that are suitable. I like the ones that have been shown in this thread so far.

Looks like the heart circle die is available to non-club members.
But it occurs to me that if CP is putting strawberries and cherries in her VD release, I can the strawberries and cherries from SB.C from C&CD last spring on Valentines, too.

I'm actually a CP Stamp Nation member and get that die free, but I'm not certain I want to pay shipping for it. And I have that that SB.com set from C&CD. I made so many cards with that set. I love it and it is very versatile. You could definitely make V-Day cards with it.
