Use your rewards while you can. Here's the email I got today:
NOTICE: The Silhouette Design Store Rewards Program will be phased out beginning on February 15th, 2024. You will still be able to accrue points/badges and redeem rewards up until that date. After that date:
• Points and badges will no longer be earned or accrued.
• A record of earned badges will no longer be accessible.
• Most Reward Prizes (except for Pick-a-Design) will be eliminated.
• Previously redeemed but unused Reward Prizes for additional percentage-off discounts will no longer be valid.
Unredeemed points will still be available to be redeemed for the ‘Pick-a-Design’ prize for a temporary period of approximately one year.

That's disappointing, as I loved using the 50% off discount codes

I get a great discount with my subscription, so I’ve used my points to buy credits which aren’t supposed to expire.. i am sorry to see this program going away.

How do I not know anything about a rewards program?? lol
ETA- Okay I just went and looked and I have close to 600. I tried to click on the $10 credit boost but it won't let me. Only the $20 one is greyed out. Is there something I'm missing?

Only the $20 one is greyed out. Is there something I'm missing? It took a few minutes to register when I bought the $20 one. It showed up soon after, but not immediately when I bought $20 credits last night. I have more points to use. I plan to buy more credits today. I’ll pay attention to the process and see if there is a step you missed or something.

I never even actually purchased it. It won't even let me click on it. Nothing happens. I sent them an email.
I was wondering if it is because I have a subscription already?

Sunny1016, if you are still having trouble, this is what I do, just in case you missed something or clicked on something different. I realize that you probably did everything right, in which case I’ll ask if you tried to buy the credits on a laptop or on a table. I used my laptop, no issues. Perhaps there is a system glitch when using a tablet?
Under the face icon, I chose My Account, then I clicked on Rewards.
I scrolled down to Reward Prizes, looked toward the right, clicked on the arrow till I saw the credit boost I wanted to purchase with my points. When I clicked on it, I got a window drop down with the credit boost amount I chose. It asked me if I would like to use my points to redeem this reward. I clicked the “redeem” option. I then saw a new drop down that said Prize Redeemed, with additional info as to when I would see the credit added to my account.
You mentioned that you have a subscription. That should not be an issue. I have the Premium subscription, with auto renew, so I get designs for a very good price. I am able to buy the credit boost with my points, no problem.

I actually was trying on my desktop. I tried different browsers but I never thought to try my phone or ipad. That's what ended up working!

Kind of disappointing. I’m wondering what the thought process is behind this. Perhaps it wasn’t being used extensively. I’ve used up most of my reward points. The positive thing is Silhouette gave advance notice of the policy change so you could use up your rewards unlike Scrapbook Generations. I’m still miffed about that!

I get a significant discount on their files. A 99 cent design actually costs me only 8 cents, since I get $150 worth of designs of my choice each month and pay less than $12. I bought it during a sale, and it renews automatically, so the price stays the same. This program was losing money, not making money, on people like me. I think it was intended to encourage people to buy more designs, but with my sub, I’m going to use up the credits before I lose them, so it just gave me an extra discount without any additional incentive for me to buy even more designs once my credits were used up. I was pleasantly surprised when I found out about the Rewards program, and I have taken advantage of it. I will make sure that I get as much in bonuses as I can while the Rewards program lasts, but I’m not really surprised that they are eliminating it.

I pay $11.99 for Deluxe and got that small discount at an end of year sale. I’ll have to keep watching for a better offer.

I am fairly sure that they raised their prices more than once since I started my subscription. I’ve had it for years. It’s one reason I keep renewing and have it set to autorenew. It locked in the price indefinitely. I have more cutting/pattern files than I will ever need or use, but for less than $12/month, I can buy anything I want or need without waiting for a sale, and it costs me less than a take out meal. If I stop my premium sub, I will never get as good a deal again. I have no LSS near me. Between my stash and the Silhouette cutting files and patterns, I can happily craft away without feeling too deprived.
