There are 35 freezer doors all in a row. the first 15 are set to defrost for 55 minutes an hour before the other 20 are.
There is no barrier in between the 2. And ice keeps building up on the bottom of the last 4 of the 15 before you get to the other 20. Which blocks the flow of the cool air on top, making the frozen products on the top basically melt.
How would you explain that process in your own words for those who understand this system? And if you don’t and are curious then ask someone you know who does.
After talking about it with several others including a maintenance guy that works on it, I have a little bit more than vague understanding of it and would like more interpretations because I read between the lines, so the more interpretations I have the more lines I can read in between 😊
