lucyg I still make big quantities, have lots of rechauffe and freeze.  

cadoodlebug we are still waiting on DH's W2 or I would begin taxes.  This will be the first year it will just be for DH and I.  It should be much simpler.  

karenlou ((HUGS)) I can't imagine how hard that must be.  Medical workers are my hero.

scrapmaven I am so sorry that happened to you.  Vent all you want! We are here for you. ((HUGS))

DH took the pupper for a walk this morning and I slept in and have been doing things that need to get done.  We are taking out Vietnamese food today.  Tomorrow we will eat at home!

It's been a busy but productive day today. Now I'm just going to make dinner and relax the rest of the evening with some wine that I picked up while I was out.

For dinner we are having beef tacos with guacamole.

Then they'll bring you some food, and your kitchen will be busy like Grand Central Station as per usual !

Dd just texted that they have lice. My kids never had it in their life. I’m sure it’s from daycare. I’m probably going to do a treatment since I have been around Luke the past 2 days.

Started packing for Florida. It’s not going to be as warm as I hoped but there’s sunshine.

The once or twice a year I make chili it’s very veggie heavy. I don’t love ground meat. Even Turkey. So dark & light kidney beans & white northern beans and cannellini beans.
I like chili but heartburn ruins it for me.

Cleaning out the fridge so we had kielbasa, pierogies and cucumber salad.

Oh for chili I do like the all meat chili to put over spaghetti with cheese, otherwise I do add beans to the meat chili and a fair amount of veggies in there.
