The season I chose for this week is Winter - My layout sample is an older one - I did it about the horrible, awful, scary winter storms that went through Northern California. The wind storm we had here last week made me think of that time. So your challenge is a winter (not Christmas) layout. It does not have to be about the weather but you can claim twist points if that is your focus. thumbnail_20230319_110758 by CLAUDIA LOVELESS, on Flickr

I promised joblackford that 29-4-29 challenges would work for card makers, so I should probably apply one to a card. Here is a bd card for my hockey crazy dgs. Here he is as a snowman playing outdoors in a snowstorm. So pretty sure I got the challenge, gramma?

I could make a winter card with a free gift paper pad I got in my last buying splurge... I never think to make winter birthday cards for Cards for Cubs but since I just made a batch of fall ones, why not?!

gramma - I could do a layout similar to yours. I'll have to think about what I would want to scrap for this challenge. grammadee - super cute card!

Hello Winter by BreetheFlea, on Flickr I might rewrite the journaling on this one, it's bugging me for some reason... This layout is from from our recent week of being stuck in the house for a week due to snow and ice. I'm glad we no longer live at the bottom of a huge hill, and can walk to the grocery store when we have snow and/or icy weather. Thanks for the motivation to get this one scrapped before I forget all the details gramma

gramma - hopefully this counts - there's not much winter weather here in Florida and I didn't realise until I was typing up the journalling that the photo was actually taken ON Christmas but the focus is definitely on the (lack of) snow and snowman
