Dropping this in now so I don't forget later in the flurry of getting ready to leave on vacation later today. Sorry kitbop for starting this at the beginning of YOUR day.
Another LOVE language is TOUCH. People who "speak" this language or need to "hear" it give and receive lots of HUGS. They like to hold hands, brush by and touch a shoulder, lean in to the people they love. To meet this scrappy challenge, you could scrap someone hugging or holding hands or snuggling together. Hey, even snuggling together with a loved pet would work. Don't have any photos like that? Valentines Day might be a good day to snap one LOL. Or without touchy photos, you could add a ribbon hug to your page or card; wrap some twine around a couple of photos and tie a bow; or add some texture to your project that calls on its viewer to touch it... Lots of "HUGS" dies and stamps out there for card makers.
This is my sample. I have wanted to use these pages from a Simple Stories Sn*p journal for awhile. And I love these photos taken over the holidays with dgs and his family. I added a bit of texture in the burlap ribbon to play with the touch theme.
Have fun with this and don't forget to share what you come up with!
Whoops! Almost forgot the TWIST! In honour of Valentines' Day, add some RED to your project!

Sisters by BreetheFlea, on Flickr I covered up the journaling but it basically says my two daughters are never going to have another sister so they need to start getting along, and it was nice they were touching in this photo and not fighting. I'm not sure this is done yet, but I'm not coming up with many embellishments that fit the story or the color scheme. I did get red in there for the twist though

Maybe throw in a heart or two?

Perfect page for this challenge, breetheflea! Great photo and I love your take on the journaling. I agree with gramma that a sprinkle of hearts would be perfect. Maybe a 3 red-heart cluster like kitbop used top left on her sample for her Valentine’s Day challenge.

I used an Allison Davis sketch for this one - and there's red for the twist

Ooooh, Linda, I can feel the soft kitty fur! Love your envelope for the photo, and the hearts floating out of it. Thanks for playing!
