I need help finding good cardstock. Back when I was scrapping 12x12 like early 2000s I had so much cardstock. I mostly bought bazil and I am pretty sure I purchased it through 2peas. I didn’t scrap for many years and now I am again but I haven’t figured out where to get decent cardstock. The stuff at Michael’s and Joannes in the packs is really thin and garbage. I would prefer to buy in bulk for white and black and individal sheets of some other often used colors. I do PL so I don’t need much cardstock typically.
Where are you buying quality card stock? Bonus points if it somewhere I could physically touch it and make sure it’s what I want. I live in the greater Seattle area if anyone knows a semi local place.

I get my black and white from Joanns --- but never in a package. I buy them by the sheet. For my black, I get Bazzill Blackbird (I think thats the name) and then Bazzill Marshmallow for white. They are both smooth.

I order mine from Stampin' Up! The only colors you can buy in individual packs in 12x12 are white and ivory. The other colors are in variety packs by their color groupings. I wish they offered black and kraft (Crumb Cake) in individual packs. You can't beat their quality.

I prefer to buy cardstock by the sheet - HL and Joanns both sell that way in addition to the packs and the individual sheets are the better quality. That said for budget reasons I do also buy the packs - IME Michaels are better than HL. The Michaels cardstock HotBuy pads are much better than their regular packs also.
Black - I'm an 8.5x11 scrapper so I buy Colorbok black in a pad - I find it at WM
White - I buy a pack from the office supplies section at WM - it's fine for card bases and layout bases and journalling for ME.
I do pick up a few sheets of black and white from the open stock at HL or Joanns for special projects though

I am not sure what the OP is using it for, but I will say that this cuts beautifully on my Silhouette. I love it for that purpose.

www.12x12cardstock.shop/collections is obvs not local but does offer a wide variety of cardstock types and I think they have some sampler packs to try different weights and textures. I have heard they have good customer service.
