Sort of a spin-off, I guess. Is there any product that you are actively trying to use up. I’m trying to make more of an effort to use my PL type cards. I subbed to kit clubs for awhile and have what feels like a ton of these cards. Lately I have been using them on 12x12 layouts more. I will use them for journaling, cut them up and make them into embellishments or use the plain side sometimes. Do you have a product you are making an effort to use more?

Journalling/PL cards definitely - I'm trying to flip through them every layout I make although they certainly don't make it on every layout.
Scraps also - I have an overabundance and I am doing a pretty good job of looking there first not the 8.5x11 or 12x12 sheets

Cardstock and patterned paper scraps… especially white cardstock scraps and blue (aqua) pattern paper scraps. I have to scrounge for anything navy, but have so much aqua color.

I've pulled out some almost used up packages to finish off, rather than a specific category. So I have half a dozen packs of pre-made words that I've made really good progress on over the last couple of months, with three of the packs down to just one or two words. And I have a sheet of label stickers that as of this weekend just has one label left on it.

I'm actively trying use my extensive collection of Nuvo drops before they dry up or become unusable some other way. I've been using them instead of enamel dots.

For me it's the random card fronts that are not quite cards yet. Sometimes they're things I'm upcycling, sometimes technique samples, sometimes things that I have stamped but not finished turning into cards. I have some paper that's cut down and really just needs to be put onto a card with a sentiment. Freebie card front backgrounds. And some patterned paper that doesn't have matching ephemera which fits into the same category - it just needs to get stuck down and have other stuff added to make it a card. Unfinished cards and scraps, basically.
I'm very much on a use it or lose it kick, and last week I shredded a few sheets of junky thin/ugly paper and UFOs that I will never use.

I don't have one type of product I'm specifically trying to use up, but I am definitely trying to use up collections. I'm no longer "saving" my favorite pieces of a collection pack or homemade kit and I'm squeezing in as many random stickers as I can--even if it means some are just barely showing. I'm very much in "kill the kit" mode

Well I can't say that I'm making much of a successful effort. But I would like to use up some of my older pp-s, like the many K&Co collections that are so pretty but I can't seem to make them fit my photos. But this is the year!

When I reorganized I realized exactly how much patterned paper I have. Right now, I'm mostly working on the first law of holes -- stop digging. Or, in this case, buying patterned paper.
I had some vague idea of doing something super fancy for the spring card exchange, but it's kind of looking like it's going to be PP-centric again!

Story kits. I accumulated quite the backlog of them. I gave up trying to make them work for my PL and am just using them for, well stories in 6x8 binders. Having a blast and loving it.
1 year of unused SC documenter kits.I took 2023 off from PL and started again with 2024. I will be a little sad when they are gone, I don’t like the new kit subscription. No more SC for me.
After that I want to use up my stash of PL cards.

I’m trying to make more of an effort to use my PL type cards. i have/had 1000's of PL cards in 3x4 and 4x6. i just purged about 1,000 of them and i will NEVER get anywhere near finishing what i have left. many are still wrapped in their original packages. i like the designs i kept but sadly, try as i might, there is no way i could ever use them all.

Count me in on the group that is trying to use up PL cards. Like cannmom, I am using them for everything, including cutting them up like pattern paper, or using them with dies. This year for my PL I am trying to tackle these cards, as well as my 6x6/6x8 paper pads. I've said before, I am also trying to tackle my massive paper stash by using more than I buy. I know I will not freeze, or "use it up" but I do want to use it and be mindful about how much I am bringing in. Also curious about everyone who is using up their Nuvo drops. I am wondering if I should pre-make some dots before mine dry out. Enamel dots are pricey and I have these and would hate to waste them.

That is good to know. I made some last night as a trial. I won't go hog wild until I see if I actually use them

I have premade them and used them. I used a liquid glue to glue them to the page and that worked. It was nice to see how many colors I have (too many ) and I was more likely to use them than if I was going straight from the bottle. Now I'm more confident with them and plop them right on the page.

I premake them as well. I actually prefer that because then there’s no chance of smearing them on the project while they are wet. I use micro glue dots to adhere them, but may also try liquid glue.

Collection Kits/PP. Must use up those before bringing in any others.
Nuvo drops….use pre-made ones and makes them as needed. Adhere with wet adhesive.
Unwanted paper….use as paper to back thin papers or to adhere strips of papers to make a 12x12. Eg when making a half n half etc
