A funny to share: Background info: my DS is 6’6” tall I picked up my 3 year old grandboy from childcare this afternoon. I was helping him get his boots on and he was having trouble. I told him it was because his feet were getting bigger. He told me “I am big but I’m not high enough yet. I want to be high like Daddy.”

I am relieved it’s not my left side or hand. It hurts a lot. I am still on hydro morphine because if I use my right arm I scream. I don’t mean to but it happens.
Dinner tonight will be chicken cordons, pointy peppers and salad. I might have coleslaw. There may be other rechauffe vegetables. I can reheat them, too.

Went out to dinner across from the studio for a friend who’s not going to come for a while. I got a shaved prime rib sandwich. Why I don’t know. It’s not usually something I would order. It was pretty rare. So I didn’t eat much.
Definitely getting dh’s cold. Hopefully it doesn’t last long.
@deltadawn I hope you can get your pain in check.

You’re not in a sling—you’re not immobilized somehow? That makes no sense. Your arm should be casted so that you’re not moving your shoulder. You had x-rays right? When my brother simply dislocated his shoulder, his arm was in a sling and breaking your shoulder blade is much worse.

I am having an MRI tomorrow and seeing an orthopedist. I will tell you what he says.
