March 2024 - goals, plans, progress, achievements

My vacation photos need to be printed and I know I will want to get alot of them scrapped in March.

I need to make a list of unfinished business--pages I hope to make from my January/February/March photos as well as some stories from earlier that got lost in the flurry of Christmas and vacation. Once I have that list I can use it to decide what to scrap any given day.

I have an in person crop near the end of the month. I hope to be able to use it to complete my HOCKEY pages for this winter. Will also pack photos and supplies to scrap our Orlando vacation and some of the pages on my list b/c I know I will need variety.

Not going to think of it as To-do list items, but rather as inspiration to complete things ON that list: I want to play with the 29-4-29 challenges I have yet to complete as well as Allison Davis March sketch for the SCT class, as well as some challenges and sketches from other sites.

I anticipate a lot of card making in March. I don't know that I will get any scrapbooking done, but included some (lofty) goals in case I get around to making layouts. DW will be out of town for week so I should be able to get a lot done during that time. I'm looking forward to March!

• make 12 scrapbook layouts (0/12)
• complete a layout using a Shimelle class
• complete SCT Allison Davis sketch classes (Jan/Feb/Mar)
• start NYC 2023 trip album
• Cards for Cubs: make (40/40) birthday/ (30/30) encouragement cards done!
• make Spring/Easter cards (22/22) for 2peas card exchange done!
• make Spring/Easter cards (3/8) for family/friends

Use my scraps.  
Use my stamps.
Finish the 7 29-4-29 prompts I have left. Update: 2/7 completed so far.

That's all I've come up with so far...

ETA: I'm adding in spending 10-20 minutes a day working on organizing my photos on my computer.  Trying to guestimate the year of a photo by what shoes DS was wearing is not efficient!

I am trying to get 2023 done for March 7th to take advantage of a sale. I don't know what else I want to get done. I put some basic goals for now.

I like how you are focusing on March from various years - good approach!

I'm almost done with Goal 1.
I was surprised how much I got done last night. Tonight I'm going to type up my journaling and add embellishments. That's the fun part so it should go quickly. I'm mostly packed and just have some laundry to do so it won't be piled up when I get home.

Hi! I suppose I'm a little late to post March goals, but here I am all the same. I have a luscious, four-day weekend with nothing in particular to do and nowhere to go.

Here's what I have planned for March, scrappy-wise:

1. Pick up yard sale tags from my scrapbook store (doing that this morning) and make sure I have empty boxes ready.
2. Comb through my paper crafty studio and cull as much as I can.
3. Slap tags with prices on these items.
4. Pack into boxes and put in my car, awaiting 3/29, the earliest day I can drop these things off.
5. Reorganize my studio for occasional work-from-home situations but mostly paper crafty things and also the occasional guests.

If I get this done in March, I will be completely thrilled. I only go through my stuff maybe every 5-10 years and it's probably been 5 years since I've done a moderate cull, probably 10 since I've done a major one. I think I am due for a major cull. There's way too much crap up there and it hinders my creative process.

I finished 28 pages and worked 21/31 days. I finally ordered photos which has been on my to do list for 3 months.

I started my 2020 book. Gah, so many emotions. My daughter was 3 then. I spent a lot of time just looking at the photos.
