I'm going to my first in person crop in almost 5 years and I have completely forgotten what I need/want to bring. I have one project I will be working on so I'm trying really hard not to bring ALL THE THINGS. Can someone please check my list to make sure I'm not forgetting anything important? Looking at the list I keep thinking I'm forgetting something huge. I'm going to a scrapbook expo so there will be some supplies to purchase if I do forget something & I know there's a Michaels and I think Hobby Lobby if I'm desperate. Thanks for your help!

I usually bring a little side project in case I get bored or I can't focus on my main project. For example, cards or a card kit.

Also, post it notes, in case you need to add something to a page or to practice your journaling.

Something to wipe off your stamps. Container to hold water that won’t spill. Maybe supplies to make a couple of cards with the stamps. Rolling storage suitcase/tote. Tylenol and medication.

Gah! I would have been so mad at myself for not bringing a pencil & eraser. Thank you!

Are you going for just a day or weekend? Do you use a date stamp or little labels? Trying to think of things I use on almost every page.
Light? Cutting mat?
I usually bring a light blanket, too in case I get cold.

Self-healing cutting mat, silicone mat, bone folder, tweezers, tiny attacher, baby wipes to clean off stamps.
Have fun!

Tweezers / pick up stick, if you work with anything tiny. Also consider putting your name/initials on anything that might wander off or be easily mistaken as belonging to someone else. I'd also pack anything you're planning to rehome or swap, if that's a thing people do at crops.

I found my old tool bag I used to use for crops back in the day and it has a lot of the things you all listed (tweezers, bone folder, stapler, etc) so that has been added.
It's just a one day crop and they don't have electricity at each table so I don't have to bring my light (although I wish I could). The blanket is a great idea, it's held at the fairgrounds and those buildings are very drafty. It's not even going to be 50 there tomorrow so that will help.

Your list sounds good! Have fun! I’m going to ours last this year and decided to stay for the weekend and get the pass.

Not sure if you've already gone to the crop but maybe it will help for the future. I also bring band aids and a nail file. I tend to break a nail when unloading my stuff and I've cut myself more times than I can remember!

mbanda - I have a first aid kit because I too always cut myself and nobody wants blood all over their layouts!

One thing I really use is sticky notes. I will put a little reminder to add xyz, so I don't need to bring it all.
I also pack in phases. I will have one tote that has everything I need to get maybe 5-6 layouts done. I'll take that inside and leave the other tote out in the car since I might not get to it. It leaves me with a lot of room. I have also brought a three tiered cart in the back of my SUV. Stands up perfectly. Gives me extra room if there isn't much table space.

One thing I liked having at a weekend crop is a folding kitchen shelf to pop some things up off the work surface. It didn't take up too much room in my bag. Now I use it in my pantry! LOL
