General public speaking tip, listen to your recording. Count your ums. I used to do group trainings at work and had a co-worker count mine. I always try to make sure I have an outline of what I want to say when I’m giving a training, public speaking or leading a meeting. It helps me stay focused and helps prevent the filler ums.
Also general YouTube crafting feedback, finger and hand movements are very distracting. Just say no to the finger wave hello and don’t talk with your hands. Don’t be afraid of quiet frames, like white space in a layout, it’s ok to have no movement on camera.
Relaxing and having fun will also come across on camera and in your presentation. I have not watched yours yet, but I will tomorrow!

I could talk youtube forever lol
Congrats for starting a channel - I think there so much room for new channels. Everyone has such different styles and that also relates to viewers having different places to find inspiration.
My advice I give everyone - be you. Do you.
I tried a few years ago to be more "professional" because that is what I saw among the channels I was consuming as a viewer. Spoiler, I hated it. After two weeks I gave and did a complete 180 with my voiceovers. I was more myself, including ums and ahs, chatting randomly instead of narrating that I was cutting paper. I ended up with way more engagement from viewers and new subs because I was relatable and just being myself.
Don't be afraid to try new things - find what works for you as far as back end (filming, editing, promoting) but also what you want from the experience.
My dms here and on socials are always open if to those looking for help with scrappy videos - when I started no one would share or help out so I get it.

Congrats on starting a YouTube channel! I will check it out soon.
I do have a YouTube channel, but I think that I only have about 6 videos on it, all using Queen & Co. products, because I was on a Queen & Co. kick at the time. I was going to branch out, and do a lot more videos, using other companies’ products, but it takes a lot of time to do a decent video, and my DH needed a lot more help and care at the time (he’d survived a nearly fatal heart attack, and it was a long recovery). I just didn’t have the energy, and few people seemed interested. The only reason that I had even started my own channel was because I had posted a card that I’d made on the Q&Co. Facebook page, and someone asked me to do a tutorial. So I did. I had to start a You Tube channel to post the tutorial video. I did a few more videos, but it wasn’t worth the time I was spending creating the videos, since few people seemed interested. It was a learning experience, though, so my time wasn’t entirely wasted. I learned how to create a tutorial video, and I was happy that I learned how to create videos. That skill may come in handy later.
I hope your venture into YouTube goes better than mine did, though.
