Matt at ACOT do you happen to know if ACOT will receive the Picture Perfect collection? I think it goes for sale later this month but I haven't seen it for ore order unless I missed it?

On one hand I’m disappointed as Pink fresh is very fresh and somewhat different from other companies, their designs appeal to me. I have bought many of them.
On the other hand their designs are all so much like their past designs that when there’s a paper I like chances are I have one or even two very much like it already. Also their color palette are so similar, which in one hand if I have paper from past Christmas most likely it matches their new holiday line. This is both good and bad as I’m likely to buy it to use up my old but I’ll buy less.
So perhaps they are ‘right’ and they need to look at their direction.
I hope they find a new fresh direction 🤞🏻

I'm surprised and sad! They almost always released 1-2 lines/year that I loved, especially their flair and chipboard and alphabet lettering.

Me too!!! And as long as I am able, I intend to support my favorite companies and not take them for granted.
I really appreciate that they are taking a pause and willing to listen to their customers.

While I personally have a harder time using PF lines, this is truly sad news for sb-ing. I hope they will continue to design and manufacture sb products in the future. Maybe the import costs will help more manufacturers to return to making products in the U.S. And I hope that this is not another company that AC will acquire and "re-make". I appreciate each company having their own individual esthetic. Thanks tinksmommy for posting this. |

While I have bought PinkFresh scrapbook lines, I have struggled a bit to use them, but I love, love, love their embellishments. I am really happy to see the message above from PF saying that this will just be a short pause and asking for feedback. I am excited to see what they come back with--they have had some really stand out lines and their quality is amazing.

Still trying to figure a few things out, but I hope to have it up for preorder in the next day or two. I was also going to comment that the note that I received as a retailer felt more optimistic to me than the message they sent out to everyone, so I'm glad that Kinnari posted the additional clarification that she did. I personally think this is a smart move for them and don't get the impression that they intend to drop scrapbooking. |

Heartfelt Creations, Close to My Heart, Pebbles in My Pocket, and now Pinkfresh taking a pause? Not to be pessimistic, but pauses often become more than just a pause. Coming so close to each other makes it feel like a very slippery slope that could turn into an avalanche. I could scrapbook forever with my stash, but it still makes me sad. And concerned. Edited to add: correction, Heartfelt Creations has just announced that in April, instead of closing completely, they are making their past designs available as digital files for printing and cutting! And Joann going into bankruptcy. Who knows what will happen to its stores. |

Happy to see the "sort of" update from the Kinnari post and Matt from ACOT. But wow I can mange one year, but 18 months seems kind of long. Hope they come back sooner. Even if just to tease us with images of a new release.

I applaud Kinnari for writing that post and appreciate her for wanting some feedback. It's not easy for a business to say that something is not working and wanting to change it.
I was really sad when they announced the break from scrapbook products but now I am thinking that it's a good thing. I hope they come back stronger and listens to customer feedback (I have absolutely no doubt that they will from my event experience). I just hope they are not gone for too long.

Pinkfresh are my fave.
One of the few that actually have lines without pink and I love the weight of their cardstock- damn

I was able to visit an LSS recently and was surprised to find their only Pink Fresh items in the clearance area, alongside some rather dated items.
It's a pretty theme-based store with current EP and SS collections but no Vicki B, Paige Evans, etc. Had a small bit of 49 & Market embellishments.
If that shop represents most customers, I hope PF finds a way to make it work but also stay unique.

Oh no! More bad news for us. I have an urge to start stockpiling PF supplies. I'd like to buy the box but there are probably supplies in it that wouldn't be useful to me. I wish I knew more about which collections are in it. I didn't buy more October Afternoon when I had the chance and I regret it. Same with Felicity Jane. I've used up a lot of my Felicity Jane stash. I'd happily buy more! Like infochick, I love their embellishments. I'm not really drawn to their papers. |

In my opinion some of the best things I love about Pink Fresh are also things that aren’t spectacular for business Like I said up thread almost everything pink fresh coordinates with other pink fresh which is great for a cohesive page. I love their style, I love their colors, I love their approach to Christmas. I bought 2 previous warehouse boxes. I have a lot of pink fresh. But now that I have a stash of it, and it nearly all coordinates, I buy less of it because I only need a few things to mix in to freshen it up. I don’t know how that gets resolved business wise but maintains the cohesiveness I love. |

Noo...their travel collections have always been my favorite.
They're the company I buy the most complete collections from.
I wish them nothing but the best, but I hope they come back. (with 6x8 pads)

I haven’t been on the forum for a few days. I am so sorry to see that Pinkfresh is taking a break. I love their lines since I’m a fan of florals and soft colors.
Hopefully they’ll come back strong with more great papers and stamp sets.
If the mystery box isn’t holiday lines I’ll totally buy one.
