I placed an order on 3/5 and paid with PayPal. I have a receipt from PayPal + an order page from SB.com in my email. BUT when I go to see if my order has shipped the order isn't in my 'past orders history'. Usually I get a shipping confirmation the day or following day from SB.com but nothing yet. I can use the email confirmation and type in my zip code and see the order but it's not listed under my profile.
So I am wondering if this has happened to anyone else before? I had to clear a bunch out of my cart when I placed the order so I am pretty sure I was logged into my account.
Anyone have any ideas? I know I can email someone and ask but thought I'd ask here in case this happens more often than I realize.

It’s possible you loaded you cart previously while not being logged in, returned to the cart days later (still not logged in) and placed an order. That would be my guess.
