While much of Smith's sprawling classified documents investigation has focused on how Trump handled classified materials after leaving the White House, a wide array of former aides and advisers -- including personal valets, press assistants, senior national security officials, and even Trump's briefers from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence -- have provided Smith with firsthand accounts about how Trump allegedly handled and used intelligence while still in office.

Those firsthand accounts, as relayed to ABC News by sources, underscore what could be at stake as Trump seeks a return to the White House, and they are coming to light as he is likely on the verge of receiving formal government briefings again as the Republican Party's official nominee in the 2024 presidential election.

In interviews with investigators last year, former aides and national security officials who were close to Trump in the White House described a president who could erupt in anger when presented with intelligence he didn't want to hear, who routinely reviewed and stored classified information in unsecured locations, and who had what some former officials described as "a cavalier attitude" toward the damage that could be done by its disclosure, according to sources.

🆘 I hope that by posting this debate and information, more people across the U.S. will start paying attention to what’s happening in the Oklahoma State Legislature.

Today, Oklahoma passed a School Chaplain bill, allowing public schools to hire chaplains, further eroding the barrier between church and state.

GOP lawmakers continue pushing legislation to increase religious influence in government. Here are some proposals introduced in Oklahoma rooted in Christian Nationalism:

- Designating the Bible as the Official State Book.
- Establishing the nation's first taxpayer-funded religious charter school.
- Displaying the Ten Commandments at the state capitol.
- Mandating the Ten Commandments be displayed in every public school classroom.
- Using Bible verses to justify spanking children with disabilities in school.
- Religious school tax credits.
- Banning the teaching of evolution in public schools.
- The governor claiming the state of Oklahoma for Christ in his inaugural speech.

While I support and defend religious freedom, I oppose those in positions of power who use their authority to legislate their religion onto society as a whole. We are a constitutional republic which is a form of democracy, NOT a theocracy.

Harvey Weinstein's conviction in NYS has been overturned through appeals... TFG will bring this up...

Harvey Weinstein's 2020 conviction on felony sex crime charges was overturned Thursday morning by New York's highest court.

The New York Court of Appeals ruled 4-3 that the trial judge who presided over the foundational case of the #MeToo era made a crucial mistake by allowing prosecutors to call a series of women as witnesses who testified that the film producer had assaulted them but whose accusations were not among the charges against him, reported the New York Times.

The appellate court found that decision and other errors had violated Weinstein's right to a fair trial, adding that he was tried for past behavior rather than solely for the crimes with which he was charged.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, who is currently trying former president Donald Trump for falsifying business records, is to decide whether to seek a retrial for Weinstein.

Maybe, just maybe, there should be consequences for "responsible gun owner" who do things like FORGET ABOUT LOOSE AMMO IN A BAG and travel to a foreign country. I give zero craps if "he's a hunter". He's not even alone, another dude from Pennsylvania has been arrested before him. Isn't this the type of "innocent mistake" that Brittney Griner made, and people wanted her left in Russia?
