Just the regular retail Michael's, Joanne's, Hobby Lobby, Paper Source. The art stores don't really carry scrapbook/cardmaking stuff.
There are a few thrift stores that specialize in art and craft. I went to one last time I was in town, but it didn't have anything geared towards scrapping or card making.
