I left a relatively negative review of a product on a scrapbook.com making sure that it was just about the product, not the site itself. I actually heard back from them telling me they were sorry about my dissatisfaction and wondering what they could do to make it right. I have never had that happen. I wrote back telling them I was not disappointed with them, just the product so I didn't want anything done. I was just so surprised.
I have left lots of reviews on ACOT and never heard anything. Recently I left a very negative one on theirs about a product that was not at all what I expected. That one they had minimal information on. If they had shown the product in more detail or had a written description it probably would have made me not order in the first place.
I was just surprised that Scrapbook.com did this and thought that was really great.

I bought a product from Scrapbook.com that did not meet my expectations and they were great about me returning it and giving me a full refund. I had already used the product also. Great customer service! Glad to know they actually read the reviews people leave as well.

This happened to me to - I simply was unhappy at the colour representation on some enamel dots (they were yellow in pictures but brown IRL) so I posted a review to warn others of the true colour. SB.com reached out to me and refunded me. Truthfully, SB.com CS has never once done less than I hoped - always more.

SB.com does have great customer service. I bought a stamp and there was no latex warning and no material information, so I bought it.
When it arrived, the material was listed and unfortunately ately it did have natural latex.
They were great about letting me return it for full refund.
I also reached out and said it would be helpful to list materials. If I had known it was made from red rubber, I wouldn't have bought it.
I have a few synthetic red rubber like stamps that are latex free so I just figured this was too.
But I have never seen the updates of materials. So I just stay away from any red non clear stamp.

I bought 12 packages of the 12x12 clear paper trays. Across different packages, 4 trays in the order were either cracked, chipped, or sort of shattered. I reached out with photos. They replaced them, no questions asked. Great customer service!

I bought an Amy Tan die cut embellishment pack once and it was missing half of the stuff and had two each of the rest. I contacted Scrapbook.com and they sent a new one out immediately. I was very pleased.

Just a follow up, Matt from ACOT reached out as well. He updated the product page Hopefully future buyers will know what they are getting and can make a more informed purchase than I did.
I am incredibly impressed that Scrapbook.com offered to make the transaction correct. That really impressed me and will definitely factor in where I spend my money from now on.
