Here are the results of my being home alone this morning. Using larger photos takes up alot of real estate and speeds the scrapping process. This first LO is in response to this month's sketch with SCT Sketches 2024. Allison's sketch had small squares cut diagonally into triangles, but one of her simpler options used strips, so I went with that. Born to PLAY by Gramma Dee, on Flickr This page will be the last one in my Winter 23-34 album. My dgs sent it to me. He ref's at this level and likes to share any photos he gets. Taking Winter to the Last Whistle by Gramma Dee, on Flickr And away from Hockey--but staying with sports--I have this LO about a couple of the boys I visited with last month. Got to use a couple of OLD supplies--some Basic Grey, and a LYB silver arrow sticker. POINTS: five 12x12 pages (100), created & shared (10). Ten photos for the Donna challenge (10). P-16 tiny tiles, P-17 Basic Grey, C/M-1 greens, C/M-17 team colours, T-2 torn edges, T-8 inked edges, Th-2 outdoors, Th-13 sports, N/S-5 diecuts & stickers, Ns-8 large photo. Total: 130

loving those sports pages grammadee I really like the diagonal strips on the red and black page - and the colours are perfect with the photos. The black and white strips and that title - I love it! And look at you stash diving for that footbsll layout. You always have such super action shots!

I found one more sketch I hadn't done from the SG crop wknd - and was able to finish up this day trip from 2015. DCWV paper pad - I hate trying to get stuff to stick on glitter paper - anyone have a trick to share?

Linda Love that you used a SCRAPBOOK SUPERSTAR element on your NSD page because you are!! grammadee you had a productive morning! You get some fun photos to scrap and never seem to run out of new and fun ways to highlight them on your pages. joyfulnana your spoiled cat is adorable! Sitting in that drawer… !! Linda, I love the clusters on your Scrapbook Superstar page. And the tilted photos on the Jackson page. The River View page uses my favourite photo block style, and I love that the soft pp allows the photos--especially the sweet smiles--to shine. Love that butterfly frame on the page with your dd reading and the paisley pp gives the page a timeless feel. Great job with those SG sketches! And again, your paper choices are perfect for the park LO. As I said on the Sketchy Saturday page, that dragon sticker is so cute--and so perfect! There is love on Flickr for ya, kellyr21 and joyfulnana.

I posted these cards in a couple of cardmaking threads but here they are all together. I used 2 cut apart sheets from a Pebbles collection and all the remaining sheets of wood grain paper from a Simple Stories pack, plus a couple of remaining sheets from HS Wolf Pack and another Pebbles pad. Brown is not really my thing but I really liked the style of the seed packets. This is a modification of the fractured card Sheetload for May, more paper efficient with 6x6. May share by jo.blackford, on Flickr

joblackford - those are lovely! The seed packets make great cards and I like how you paired them with the woodgrain.

Six pages for me today (three LO's) put together during my play date with justjac . This first is for today's Sketchy Saturday. Border Escape by Gramma Dee, on Flickr Then I decided to stay with the grid motif, and did a stretched out calendar for last May, when I participated in jeremysgirl 's Walk a Mile a Day. Sorry I cropped off the left edge. Walk a Mile a Day in May by Gramma Dee, on Flickr And finally a simple LO for my scant Easter photos. I had meant for this to be more free flowing, but all those grids got into my head... Points: Six 12x12 pages (120), created & shared (12). Nineteen photos scrapped for the Donna challenge (19). Sketchy Saturday (5). BONUS for three sketchy Saturdays (20). P-1 locks & keys, S/I-1 eggs, S/I-3 hearts, S/I-7 flowers, S/I-10 wild geese, S/I-17 tags, C/M-10 blue/teal/purple, T-5 coloured eggs, W/T-1 May, W/T-6 spring quote. Total: 186

Love all the stars behind and in front of the photos, Linda, and the offset photo mat. The train LO is really cute. It looks square--is this a different size from your usual? OMG, craftymom101! That page is so vibrant and FUN! You are an expert in using layers and icons together without it ever looking busy (like mine do when I try this style). The yellow is an eye grabber, and I love the stitched sun rays. joblackford, I am on my way over to Flickr to leave love for your cards.

Used that same photo (in 4x6 this time) on a two page LO for my spring album. Played for three different days to create the title piece, but the pages came together easily with the wonderful photos they shared with me from their trip. POIINTS: two pages (40), created & shared (4). Seven photos for the Donna challenge (7). P-13 paste, C/M-2 all blues, T-20 coloured paste, Th-4 flowers. Total: 55

That Hawaii title is very cool grammadee! I'll have to go take a closer look at that in a moment. Sharing all of these Sheetload cards in one photo here, with more details on the SLOC thread. May Sheetload of Cards by jo.blackford, on Flickr I also made these ones from 6x8 papers. They are finished for now, even though I'm sure they could use a butterfly or something in the corner. I need to work on something else right now. May Sheetload by jo.blackford, on Flickr
