Please recommend your favourite layered rectangle dies- no fancy edging or stitching, just plain rectangles. They need to be sturdy and not bend too easily with use. I have a fantastic set of stitched ones from SU, but want a similar quality in plain edges. Thank you :-)
Update: I love the Spellbinders A and B sets- they are sturdy, cut beautifully and don’t warp! Thank you so much- these tick every box.

I have the Hero Arts Infinity dies - heroarts.com/products/di198-rectangle-infinity-dies-h, but it looks like they're sold out. I like that they're A2 card size and and are very closely spaced. I have another set (can't remember what brand), but they're not A2 size, and they throw me off when I try to use them for cards. I'll use those for layouts or matting photos.

Spellbinders have a good set. I don't own them yet but their dies are good in my opinion. There is a set A and B. If you get both you can do a 1/8 mat. spellbinderspaperarts.com/search?q=Card+creatoerEta: not on sale right now, but usually goes on sale often

Either Hero Arts Infinity dies or the Waffle Flower A2 Layers dies.

I just looked thru all my nesting die sets. Back in the day, Spellbinders had sturdy wide width basic shape dies. But now, all the companies have very thin, very bendable basic shape nesting dies. I have sets from AliExpress, Honey Bee, Hero Arts, Scrapbook.com, The Greetery and Waffle Flower. They are all exactly the same.
The only sets that are sturdier and thicker are ones with fancy edges. I just don’t think you will find that for plain shape dies these days.

I love my stitched rectangles from SU too! I have a set from Waffle flower of plain rectangles and as long as I put them in my die cutter at a slight angle they don't warp too badly. They are a thin metal but I've found it very easy to bend them back (or my dh has).

I also have the HA Infinity rectangles. They might be available elsewhere. I had a SB.C set that were off from A2. I got rid of them.

Spellbinders. Their infinity dies are great. They also have a bunch of other shapes.

I have the Hero Arts Infinity dies. But they are thin dies and I've had to bend a few back to flat. I saw on CZ's email today that Waffle Flower is having a sale this weekend, code FLASH. WF link

I have the Spellbinders (A and B) and Waffle Flower. I much prefer the Waffle Flower. More sizes and they all fit on one pouch sized magnetic sheet.
Although Spellbinders are thicker. But, I’ve never had issues with my Waffle Flower dies.

i have both the Hero Arts and Spellbinders. the Hero Arts -- after hundreds of uses - are starting to bend and not give a true rectangle. One of my most used ones is bowing a bit. Spellbinders are going ok, but I haven't used them as much

They are a thin metal but I've found it very easy to bend them back (or my dh has). I was watching a video last night where JM was using several dies on her machine at once and they were at an angle and I was gobsmacked because the video was on creating lots of dies at once and she could have fit more if she had done it straight. It was driving me crazy so thank you for solving the mystery for me!
