I got a Cameo 4 this week. I have had my original machine for about 12 years and was pretty confident with it. I upgraded the software and registered the machine. I am making a large vinyl sign broken into 3- two feet sections. I put in the right machine, none for the mat and 12 and 24 for the dimensions of the material. When I look at the screen, it shows that my cutting area is 12 x 12 (red box). I am not sure what I need to change to make it work. I have changed the dimensions multiple times, but it always shows the same 12 x 12 cutting space. When I did the same thing on my 2011 Silhouette, it just cut. Any ideas? I have googled lots of explanations, but none of them for my exact issue. TIA.
