IDK but I've never had trouble when using PayPal. That's the only way I buy from a site I'm unfamiliar with (usually something I saw on Facebook or IG).

I think she is going to use her PayPal just in case. Looks like she found another site very similar but she has ordered from them before. So maybe never mind me. LOL.

I would wait for more reviews. I did click the link and my malware protection did not sound an alarm (FWIW).

All of the photos are photoshopped mock ups, not pictures of real products already in existence.
There are numerous grammar errors.
All of the Taylor Swift merchandise is unauthorized.
There are no legit reviews.
It is very obviously a scam site.
It also really bothers me - if someone likes Taylor so much that they want to wear merchandise, why wouldn’t they support her by buying legit, authorized merchandise?

Make sure she double checks return policies! Honestly I've pretty much given up on most non-Amazon affiliated online retails - especially for clothing. The return policies are usually horrible and even if they claim they'll refund you for a return, the amount of time and effort to prove you actually did send it and they received it WEEKS ago is just not worth it to me. And the last two times I've contested something with PayPal for non DELIVERY they refused to refund me and I had to escalate with my cc. I refuse to use PayPal anymore as they do everything possible to delay, delay delay and hope you just get tired and go away. My cc is great with contested charges. Sorry to be a debbie downer, but I'm in the middle of a return with a reputable company, but stupidly realized I can only return for a store credit and I'm on my THIRD item trying to find something!

Paying $70 for a sweatshirt that cost $5 is ridiculous. Just like anything else, if the prices were reasonable, there'd be no reason for knock-offs.

I didn't actually click on the link - so didn't realize it was a Taylor knock off site. So she knows it's not legitimate, so she can decide whether to take the risk. Even if it they are currently shipping merchandise, I have zero doubt Taylor has lots of people doing what they can to shut them down.

Tell her to carefully look at the size chart on each item she wants to order. It is most likely 'fast fashion' made in China or similar factory type manufacturing. The sizing is WAY off usually.
I looked at the 1989 tshirt for example. On the sizing chart the 5XL is noted as a US size 20. In most stores a US size 20 is an XXL. The discrepency seems to grow greater as you size up - but do read the size chart carefully, and measure your bust/waist, etc. If you normally wear a size 4 - measure. You might need the 4 or you might need a 10! It can be SO SO random on the sizing. And even after you get it - it can still be an odd fit. But sometimes you end up with something perfect for a cheap price.
Also look at the fabric it is made from. The 1989 tshirt looks like a soft cotton. It is 100% polyester, and most likely the entire design including the background color is sublimated on. Sublimation is an ink print that is applied to polyester with heat and it 'infuses' the garment. So if you are expecting a soft cotton - it is going to feel more slick. It could still be very soft - but it is polyester, so way different.
I agree - PayPal is the way to go when ordering!

But the knockoffs (the really cheap price ones) are not cotton or even a cotton blend. They are polyester. 100% polyester, and the sizing is so far off. You have to physically measure your bust/waist, etc. to even come close to getting something that fits, especially if you are ordering a larger size. If they have 5xl's - that is because their 5XL fits like a slightly oversized XL or normal fitting XXL.

I didn't click the link so didn't realize it was a Taylor merch knockoff site. I'd be cautious but I personally have never had any issues when using Paypal. I did have an issue with a site once that I realized later was just a scam but was able to get my money refunded through PayPal easily. That said, I wouldn't buy knockoff merch from any site. First, the sites are sketch, second, I get that she wants to save money on overpriced stuff but i don't monetarily support fakes. I might make my own OOAK with my Cricut (totally made myself a Golden Girls shirt, an Ice Cube shirt, and made my daughter an Ice-T shirt bc she loves him).

I might make my own OOAK with my Cricut (totally made myself a Golden Girls shirt, an Ice Cube shirt, and made my daughter an Ice-T shirt bc she loves him). Making it yourself was my first though. I have a Silhouette and if you have access to that or a Cricut - make your own. There are several types of things you can do with them. You can do heat transfer vinyl, ink iron on's (where you print it yourself on your own printer). Sublimation - which requires a lot more stuff like a heat press that will get hot enough, a special printer, and high polyester content shirts. But a 60/40 Poly/Cotton shirt actually feels like a nice shirt. The 100% polyester shirts this site is selling feel kinda icky sometimes. They can trap odor pretty well and they don't stretch much.
