Does anyone use an online reservation software for rentals? I am helping a non-profit that rents out its building for single day use, and we could really use some kind of software that several people could access. I did some research, but there are a ton of options, and I wanted to see if there are any recommendations. Thanks!

Look into Fullslate.com, that might work for what you need. You can add the schedule calendar to your website and visitors to the site can choose the time slot desired from what is available on the calendar. Then you get an email to either approve or decline their request which either adds them to the schedule or sends them a reply email that they need to choose a different day/time.
