They have some of the decades mixed up, most of this looks like the 70's but we weren't saying "groovy" in the 70's also cassette tapes were the 80's. It is more orangey brown than I normally use but being a child of the 70's some of this appeals to me and it would be fun to get a few pieces. Here it is at ACOT Link to Groovy Darlin' by Jen Hadfield

Kinda reminds me of the orange, avocado and gold harvest appliance colors of the time!

My eyes! No thank you. I was pleased to leave burnt orange in the decade from whence it came.

It's way too heavy on the orange for me, and feels dingy even tho it's bright. Pass.

Some of the embellishments are cute... but I don't think I'd purchase any of the patterned paper... which is probably a good thing as I have enough paper to last several life times (and then some).

I agree with everyone else, too orange and dinghy. Although my oldest would completely LOVE it! I could see using some of the ephemera but not must else.

Not my colors, but kind of fun. Some of it might be usable but I think I’d have to see it in person. Not rushing to grab anything. But I do know someone who LOVES those mustard yellow, orange, and brown tones. And it might go quite well with some of my late 70s childhood photos (but I’m not a paper scrapper).

Orange and dingy? Would match a lot of my pictures from back then, but I really don't like anything about the colors.

Shoot, I really like it. There were a few things that didn't fit, like the Jetson's-styled sign on the one piece of blue paper. But I liked the florals and I felt like I was back in the 1970s. The granny-square crochet paper was particularly fun. One of my goals this year is to scrapbook my childhood photos, scant as they are, so this may work.

It's not for me. I don't have pictures from that era to scrap and I don't like the style or colors.

Not for me and probably wouldn't purchase any of it unless it was for the B sides.

I don't hate this quite as much as I expected from the paper pad thumbnail. I really like the yellow grid b side, and there's a couple of papers with tiny hearts that are lovely. Overall though, there's nothing I really can't live without.

When we'd go to the mall, I'd try to get someone to go with me to Montgomery Wards to look through them. I bought most of mine in the 80s though.

Here it is at ACOT Link to Groovy Darlin' by Jen Hadfield"Groovy" did continue into the early '70s, and cassettes were around in the late '70s. I think they should have included some disco-themed elements. That's what's so hard about a collection representing the '70s. It was a very transitional time for a lot of things. To accurately represent that decade, the collection would have to be very large and not very cohesive. Although many of my photos would work well with this line, the colors are way too orange and dull for my taste.

I've been wanting to make some 70's inspired cards for my friend. I will definitely be getting a few sheets. The couple of papers I have now are brighter, but not quite the right colors.

I'll be the voice of dissent here and say that I love just about everything about this line and may actually wind up buying just about all of it! I don't particularly match the theme or colors of my supplies to my photos, it's more about the vibes. I dig the colors, icons, and patterns; probably the only things I wouldn't really use are any of the ephemera with words on them.

I've been looking for some colors that I don't tend to have enough of, and a deeper orange was one of those, so I might grab the few papers that are primarily orange.

It's not as bad as I was expecting. I definitely could scrap my childhood 70's photos.
