We used to drive by it all the time.
From what I have heard it's a pretty creepy place. Lots of folklore about girls being taken there and drug parties.
It's pretty well off the beaten path but slightly visible from the hwy.
And Talkeetna is a great town to visit. I never did get to meet the mayor cat,but have been there many, many times. Just outside of town is one of the best viewing spots to see Denali.

We know it around here as the Dr. Suess house. It is privately owned and signs are posted everywhere NO TRESPASSING.
No one lives there.
